Stay away! As far as I am concerned, this company does not exist. I ordered a camera, waited for 2 weeks, tried to call but was on hold before I got disconnected. I cancelled the credit card order and tried again - same story. The e-mail verification of either order did not have an order #, and 'order status' on their website showed 'transfered' in each case, though nothing was shipped. Lots of work on my part with canceling credit card payments and waiting on the phone. Not worth the savings!

Lying thieves Ordered a camera and lens on line. I didn't receive any acknowledgment so I called and talked to a salesperson. After he tried to sell me a charger and battery that was included with the standard Nikon offering, I cancelled the order. I looked at my credit card statement a week later and noticed they had charged me the full amount of $1160. I called them multiple times and they lied about sending me refunds. After a month of lies Bank of America got me a full refund. Summary: Stay away from any company based in New York. I have multiple bad experiences from these crooks. Worst internet purchase of my life. I can finally say I've had the worst internet purchase of my life. Ordered a camcorder from primotronix because they were cheaper than the rest - 30 DAYS LATER, about 10 phone calls and 10 emails with customer service saying the item will be shipped "within 48 hours", I finally get my camera.... only, the power adapter is obviously made for another country. I placed my order on 5/14 and on 5/22 someone called me to try to upsell, which irritated me and then they said they'd process the order. So not sure what they were doing between that? And my camera was shipped from Amazon, with the order date of 6/11 even though I did not order through amazon. Very interesting.

Honest People I placed my order last Friday and got confirmation right away followed by call from rep verifying my order. He offered some great deals like 3 year insurance for a fraction of what other companies will charge. I got my order today and cant be more happier. Thanks Primotronix.!!!

Excellent Prices I was skeptical about Primotronix because I had never heard of them before, but after seeing other reviews I decided to give them a shot. I placed an order for a 7d and the 24-105 L series lens. Less than 24 hours later I was contacted by Charles at primotronix to confirm my order. Not only was he polite, but also offered to upgrade me to FedEx shipping for free. I was told all merchandise is shipped new, in manufacturer's original packaging with warranty. I saved a solid 400 dollars ordering from Primotronix rather than B&H and I'll probably order from them again.
