While confusion followed, employee Roger was incredibly helpful. He worked so hard to help me get what I needed. And my Nikon d5100 is amazing. Came with everything advertised!

With all the problems with unsavory online vendors not properly labeling products as coming with a valid U.S. warranty or as gray market goods Primotronixs sells at a very reasonable price and tells you up front not to worry it is not a gray market item that indeed it comes with a U.S. warranty and will even call you to verify your order to make sure that you needed what you ordered and did not maybe but down the wrong number with out trying to pressure you into buying something you don't need. I thought the website is very user friendly and organize. One of the lowest price on camera, I found this website by using pricegrabber. I would defininetly buy again. Only complaint is, customer service was very hard to reach and took almost two weeks to process our order, it's understandable for this time of year (Christmas shopping). If those two issues are fix, this site will be in business for a very long time.
