They called to verify the order and provided me with additional products which were on a previous sale to complete items I would have otherwise looked for elsewhere. Honest People I placed my order last Friday and got confirmation right away followed by call from rep verifying my order. He offered some great deals like 3 year insurance for a fraction of what other companies will charge. I got my order today and cant be more happier. Thanks Primotronix.!!!

Awful, scam company- DO NOT BUY! I fell prey to the same scam. Website said 7-9 business days. Someone called trying to up-sell a bunch of other items, then said the camera wouldn't ship for 3 months! Customer service rep - [name] - was extremely rude and cut me off numerous times. When I asked to speak to his boss, he said he didn't know his name. This is a sham company- order elsewhere. Ill be reporting to the BBB. By the way- the company is getting rid of bad reviews by claiming they didnt buy!!! Check out the BBB complaints, reseller ratings, and yelp to see dozens of other bad reviews

VERY dodgy company - beware I ordered a camera last week and, after receiving a confirmation of the order, received no other correspondence. I called them at least a dozen times Monday, and another dozen Tuesday, only to receive dead air or a message that the call could not be completed. I also sent an email 24 hours ago demanding a status report, which has gone unanswered. I sincerely doubt the order will be filled and shipped. This company has, at best, poor communication/business skills. At worse, they are a total scam. Don't find out for yourself. Avoid at all costs.

Lying thieves Ordered a camera and lens on line. I didn't receive any acknowledgment so I called and talked to a salesperson. After he tried to sell me a charger and battery that was included with the standard Nikon offering, I cancelled the order. I looked at my credit card statement a week later and noticed they had charged me the full amount of $1160. I called them multiple times and they lied about sending me refunds. After a month of lies Bank of America got me a full refund. Summary: Stay away from any company based in New York. I have multiple bad experiences from these crooks.
