Well Done! Product came as described and on time. With all the problems with unsavory online vendors not properly labeling products as coming with a valid U.S. warranty or as gray market goods Primotronixs sells at a very reasonable price and tells you up front not to worry it is not a gray market item that indeed it comes with a U.S. warranty and will even call you to verify your order to make sure that you needed what you ordered and did not maybe but down the wrong number with out trying to pressure you into buying something you don't need. I thought the website is very user friendly and organize. One of the lowest price on camera, I found this website by using pricegrabber. I would defininetly buy again. Only complaint is, customer service was very hard to reach and took almost two weeks to process our order, it's understandable for this time of year (Christmas shopping). If those two issues are fix, this site will be in business for a very long time.

Oh My GOD!!!!! I think shoving steel needles into my eyes would be a much more pleasurable experience than dealing with these people....BAD SERVICE, RUDE, UPSELLING, OVERCHARGING, SLOW, ETC. ETC. I wish I would have read reviews first before I ordered, if you haven't ordered from these folks yet DON'T!!!!!! Save yourself time and aggravation and go someplace else to get what you're looking for.

Stay away! As far as I am concerned, this company does not exist. I ordered a camera, waited for 2 weeks, tried to call but was on hold before I got disconnected. I cancelled the credit card order and tried again - same story. The e-mail verification of either order did not have an order #, and 'order status' on their website showed 'transfered' in each case, though nothing was shipped. Lots of work on my part with canceling credit card payments and waiting on the phone. Not worth the savings!

Extremely courteous and professional on the phone. The best customer service experience I've ever had with a camera or electronics store. I will definitely be doing business with Primo Tronix in the future and will also be recommending them to friends and family. Looking forward to UPS knocking on my door with my new Canon T4i body (US Model). Truly appreciated Charles! Keep up the excellent work!
