GBBosma do not offer warranty outside of the US / GARBAGE PRODUCT beware I bought two Bosma X1 cameras but only one worked. After five minutes on chat with "CF" at Bosma (bosmasmarthome.com) it was identified that my second Bosma X1 camera was faulty out of the box. But "CF" also stated that "Unfortunately we do not offer warranty outside of the US, as we are unable to ship replacements." Bosma therefore should not sell their products outside of the US. Manufacturers should stand by their products wherever they are sold. BE WARNED BUYERS OR PROSPECTIVE BUYERS OF BOSMA PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THE US ! UPDATE 25th November 2022 Second Bosma X1 camera STOPPED WORKING - COMPLETE GARBAGE PRODUCT beware. The camera keeps rebooting every half hour.

GBBoth the bell/camera and door lock work flawlessly Both the bell/camera and door lock paired easily and work flawlessly for a month now. Super easy cell phone lock/unlock function and also 2 way speak with a person outside the door. Excellent quality picture. We are very happy with those units. We would recommend it 100%.

GBRecommend I highly recommend the Bosma aegis and doorbell. Though I have not gotten the doorbell connected yet will be having an electrician come in to do that for me soon. My only wish would be Bosma get on the HomeKit list of Apple. One of my favorite features is the auto unlock feature on the aegis lock.

GBX1cameras don't stay online X1 cameras will not stay online (older X1, sitting within 5' is dependable). The 2.4 restriction must be a factor. Anyway, I have 10 bosma products (2 Xpros, 5 X1s, a doorbell cam and aegis deadbolt). Only 5 work (that is only 5 of current 10 will stay online - 3 will not reload or reset no matter how much time and effort given (4 useless X1s, and 1 dead Xpro). X1s are cheap, but so undependable it's a waste of my money. As an early Bosma adapter- really disappointing. I have had 2 replaced by bosma but still only have 4 of 12 operational...

GBThe product works great once installed The product works great once installed. Installation is kind of a nightmare, not Bosma's fault specifically, but more the nature of the beast being one size fits all. Very frustrating. Once installed it is a super product, works every time. App is very good, my daughter and wife can use it easily. Will work very well for vendors. I have no sense of longevity yet, but is on high end reliability so far of the home automation genre.
