If they somehow combined the hub with the lock the connection would be 100Xs better. kinda like the August pro only cheaper.

I've had 2 issues with my Bosma… I've had 2 minor issues with my Bosma products; one was resolved with a simple, fast and very efficient phone call and the second, an incorrect part (accessory), was resolved "immediately" via the Bosma feedback menu on the app.. Very impressive (and rare) service !!

Both the bell/camera and door lock work flawlessly Both the bell/camera and door lock paired easily and work flawlessly for a month now. Super easy cell phone lock/unlock function and also 2 way speak with a person outside the door. Excellent quality picture. We are very happy with those units. We would recommend it 100%.

2 day shipping - Big NO! 2 day shipping was using the USPS. We received in 5 business days. Camera is our 2nd one. The first unit is fine however the 2nd shows a pink coloration to all live and recorded video. Adjusted all settings nothing makes the pink go away? Also this second unit refuses to find door contacts. When I emailed for a tracking number on late shipping I received a snarky email in reply. I will ask for a replacement unit. Not optimistic about the outcome...

X1cameras don't stay online X1 cameras will not stay online (older X1, sitting within 5' is dependable). The 2.4 restriction must be a factor. Anyway, I have 10 bosma products (2 Xpros, 5 X1s, a doorbell cam and aegis deadbolt). Only 5 work (that is only 5 of current 10 will stay online - 3 will not reload or reset no matter how much time and effort given (4 useless X1s, and 1 dead Xpro). X1s are cheap, but so undependable it's a waste of my money. As an early Bosma adapter- really disappointing. I have had 2 replaced by bosma but still only have 4 of 12 operational...
