GBBosma do not offer warranty outside of the US / GARBAGE PRODUCT beware I bought two Bosma X1 cameras but only one worked. After five minutes on chat with "CF" at Bosma (bosmasmarthome.com) it was identified that my second Bosma X1 camera was faulty out of the box. But "CF" also stated that "Unfortunately we do not offer warranty outside of the US, as we are unable to ship replacements." Bosma therefore should not sell their products outside of the US. Manufacturers should stand by their products wherever they are sold. BE WARNED BUYERS OR PROSPECTIVE BUYERS OF BOSMA PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THE US ! UPDATE 25th November 2022 Second Bosma X1 camera STOPPED WORKING - COMPLETE GARBAGE PRODUCT beware. The camera keeps rebooting every half hour.

GB2 day shipping - Big NO! 2 day shipping was using the USPS. We received in 5 business days. Camera is our 2nd one. The first unit is fine however the 2nd shows a pink coloration to all live and recorded video. Adjusted all settings nothing makes the pink go away? Also this second unit refuses to find door contacts. When I emailed for a tracking number on late shipping I received a snarky email in reply. I will ask for a replacement unit. Not optimistic about the outcome...

GBdo not buy from Bosma Regarding their Aegis product: In the two years I had it, it failed 3 times. The final time it failed it was out of warranty, but thankfully my credit card's extended warranty coverage reimbursed me for the cost. The keypad/fingerprint reader did not work more than 50% of the time. Furthermore, if you need tech support, it is nearly impossible to reach someone live, and there is not even a voice mail box.

GBdoor unlocks and locks the lock on the front door unlocks and locks by itself. In the living room watching tv and the front door unlocks. the auto lock was disabled since installation. this happens a few times in a week. just yesterday, lock won't connect to open, had to manually open the lock. connection on the app says error on it. i'll have to reset this lock, now.

GBProducts are still under development They are selling products that are still under development, do not work as advertised, and have no printed instructions except for their app. There are no instructions on how to use their app either.
