GBSweet Cameras Great camera, which actually works. Have another brand, and all it does is flash with no internet connection. I now have three Bosma cameras, and am completely satisfied. They have great customer service if you need to contact them.

GBTerrible Support You do not acknowledge phone calls, email, or your support email. All my questions were ignored! I ordered and installed a new gateway, which cured my wi-fi problems. Your company was zero help. Your support rates below zero. Too bad, your customers deserve better.

CAI've had 2 issues with my Bosma… I've had 2 minor issues with my Bosma products; one was resolved with a simple, fast and very efficient phone call and the second, an incorrect part (accessory), was resolved "immediately" via the Bosma feedback menu on the app.. Very impressive (and rare) service !!

GB2 day shipping - Big NO! 2 day shipping was using the USPS. We received in 5 business days. Camera is our 2nd one. The first unit is fine however the 2nd shows a pink coloration to all live and recorded video. Adjusted all settings nothing makes the pink go away? Also this second unit refuses to find door contacts. When I emailed for a tracking number on late shipping I received a snarky email in reply. I will ask for a replacement unit. Not optimistic about the outcome...
