Beware!!! On 11/10/2021 I ordered a Dimplex Christina Buildrite Electric Mantel Package paying $2,184.05. Their response to my previous one star review was that someone would be in contact with me shortly. There has been no contact. I attempted to contact them; I requested my money back. There has been no communication and no money returned.

Flames Depot cancelled my order I ordered an Outdoor Greatrooms fire pit. The price was 10% off retail. I called and spoke with the representative who confirmed "they have 7 units in their warehouse." They do not accept credit cards, which should have been a big red flag. Payment was through Affirm. A week later, I get an email that the order was cancelled, the product not available. Don't waste your time.
