GBI want to appreciate the customer… I want to appreciate the customer service I received in the beginning but the ghosting since then has left me more than disappointed. Ordered a product in Oct. 2021 and was told 4-6 weeks. Have followed up multiple times since then asking about status with no response. I see their website now says every pending order has been refunded but that is not the case with me. Trying everything I can think of to get someone to respond before reporting the charge as fraud to my bank.

GBcustomer service? what's that? I placed order 2 nights ago & have a couple simple questions that I would like to be answered. I called several times yesterday, using both the "press 0" option for sales & "press 1" option for customer service. The calls were never answered at either line. I left a voicemail and sent an email, neither have been responded to yet. ***edit*** The business was quick to cancel the sale after receiving this negative review. The owner then emailed me to advise of the cancellation. Had anybody answered the phone- or returned an email- to quickly answer a very simple question one of the many times I called over 2 days, there wouldn’t have been a problem. The owner blamed the lack of communication & professionalism on his running a small family business, which is exactly where I prefer to spend my money. Unfortunately, it looks like a big box retailer will get the sale this time.

GBLove our new grill I purchased a Blaze grill recently. It took about 3 weeks or so to arrive. I have used it about 3 times already and my family loves it! Being able to have family time outdoors has been a blessing. Thank you! Joe

GBOwner has dropped off the face of the earth with my $$$ Ordered a power burner from this retailer and they processed my PayPal payment almost immediately. Was informed item was in stock and would be processed and shipped soon. Weeks went by and I don't have my item and it is impossible to reach the seller via phone, email, chat or text. I'm questioning the legitimacy of this site and initiated a dispute through PayPal! The site says the owner is an Air Force veteran and contains a dozen reviews from Trust Pilot which appear legit but there is a very recent 1 star rating which also describes problems with communication with the seller. I am a retired USAF veteran and I sincerely hope the seller, my brother in arms, is not running a scam site! If I receive my merchandise soon or I find out this was simply a misunderstanding, I'll adjust my review/rating accordingly. Until then I'd advise to stay clear from Flames Depot! I hope I'm wrong...

GBGreat Price - No Communication Ordered a griddle June 29th (Order #341313) and have heard nothing from the company since the initial email confirmation. Have emailed a number of times with no response. Trying to determine if item is delayed or not available so that I can find a new vendor if necessary. Posting to this website as emailing the company has proven fruitless to date.
