GBbeing stuck in Israel without a phone. I rented a phone from Baltimore, which I have done many times before, only to find when we got to Israel the charger part of the phone was broken. I called the American number twice before someone in Israel called us back only to be told he couldn't help us as he was out of phones and it would be about a week before he might have one available. Not acceptable!

GBNation wide coverage. I rented an unlimited data Sim card from Amigo. I had continual service from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and from the Negev to the Golan. The GPS on the phone was active throughout the entire trip. The service was better than anticipated, all though service was limited, as expected, in rugged areas.

GBIt was a problem picking up the phone… It was a problem picking up the phone and dropping it off. MS. Nourallah works from her home and has limited hours of availability. I work and have limited hours of availability. The other LA pick-up is at quite a distance so not an option. Next time, I will probably pay you for shipping or arrange with a company that allows me to pick up at the airport in Tel Aviv. Last year, the person I dealt with was much more flexible in his times

GBMy experience I found that the wifi device option is not really practical as the power is drained very quickly when it's used in the manner of piggy backing off your existing phone. I would recommend either renting an actual separate phone or a sim card for an unclocked phone.

GBThe service was excellent. The service was excellent. We used 3 sim cards and 1 had a problem whe overseas. Amigo staff bent over backwards to rectify the problem and even had a messenger bring a reolacement sim in case there was anither problem. The pricing was great. The pickup and retur took minutes. Thanks.
