GBbeing stuck in Israel without a phone. I rented a phone from Baltimore, which I have done many times before, only to find when we got to Israel the charger part of the phone was broken. I called the American number twice before someone in Israel called us back only to be told he couldn't help us as he was out of phones and it would be about a week before he might have one available. Not acceptable!

GBWe were told that we just need to plug… We were told that we just need to plug in the sim card and everything will work . That was not exactly how it happened. We needed several calls to customer service until everything worked. They were very helpful but it was a frustrating experience not having the service we were promised at the right time.

GBThe service was excellent. The service was excellent. We used 3 sim cards and 1 had a problem whe overseas. Amigo staff bent over backwards to rectify the problem and even had a messenger bring a reolacement sim in case there was anither problem. The pricing was great. The pickup and retur took minutes. Thanks.

GBNation wide coverage. I rented an unlimited data Sim card from Amigo. I had continual service from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and from the Negev to the Golan. The GPS on the phone was active throughout the entire trip. The service was better than anticipated, all though service was limited, as expected, in rugged areas.

GBThe service was fine, the phone, not so. The service was fine, but the flip phone was not only old (I expected that) it was crude and not intuitive. too many steps to input a new contact, for example. Couldn't figure out how to set an alarm , and more such issues. I've rented such phones elsewhere in previous years, and the software was much better.
