GBbeing stuck in Israel without a phone. I rented a phone from Baltimore, which I have done many times before, only to find when we got to Israel the charger part of the phone was broken. I called the American number twice before someone in Israel called us back only to be told he couldn't help us as he was out of phones and it would be about a week before he might have one available. Not acceptable!

GBOverall Very good Overall Very good. However, both SIM Cards did not work "out of the box" and required several calls to customer service to properly activate in order to work properly. Secondly, when trying to reach customer service multiple calls were required and regardless of the day, or time of day, it was nearly impossible to get someone to pick up. Additionally, their on-line chat NEVER worked. Once you did get someone on the phone, the problem was quickly resolved.

CAPickup location was not expecting me … Pickup location was not expecting me when I came to pick up phone. They had to hunt for the order. They gave me the wrong instructions and I could not setup voice mail for 3 days until the correct instructions were mailed. BLU phone very hard to work because the big centre button had trouble navigation and frequently recorded false "Enter" commands. Although the phone was returned to Slice and Bites the day my plane landed, knowledge of the return of the phone did not reach Amigo HQ until 10 days after

CAVery good service, but old phones The service is very good, the phone arrives on time and has all the accessories, but it's about time the company upgraded the phones, as they look pretty funny and don't have all the latest options. You have to go back in time to remember how to use the old Blackberry. If you choose to rent a Sim card only, you have to make sure your phone is unlocked, which will cost you $30-50, and will make this option not so attractive.

GBNation wide coverage. I rented an unlimited data Sim card from Amigo. I had continual service from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and from the Negev to the Golan. The GPS on the phone was active throughout the entire trip. The service was better than anticipated, all though service was limited, as expected, in rugged areas.
