GBWe were told that we just need to plug… We were told that we just need to plug in the sim card and everything will work . That was not exactly how it happened. We needed several calls to customer service until everything worked. They were very helpful but it was a frustrating experience not having the service we were promised at the right time.

GBI've used Amigo's services multiple… I've used Amigo's services multiple times and in multiple countries. Each experience has been wonderful! This past time I had to make a last minute international trip (I found out that I had to travel 3000 miles with less than 24 hours notice!) and Amigo was able to get me set up with a phone and SIM card really quickly. If your traveling, you've got to go with Amigo!

DKHorrible company. Horrible company. I ordered a cover for my Samsung galaxy z flip 3. They took my money, but never sent the cover. I have written 4 e-mails asking about the cover, but they don't reply at all. I am never buying anything there again, might as well throw the money out of the window. 😡😡

GBWe rented Amigo cell phones because we … We rented Amigo cell phones because we did not want to risk losing our phones. Amigo phones worked like a charm. We inputted the guide's number along with the hotel's and friends and relatives. Returning them via the supplied box was a snap. Already recommended Amigo to a few people.
