Horrible company. Horrible company. I ordered a cover for my Samsung galaxy z flip 3. They took my money, but never sent the cover. I have written 4 e-mails asking about the cover, but they don't reply at all. I am never buying anything there again, might as well throw the money out of the window. 😡😡

poor implementation My phone was not connected on the correct date. I stayed without communication for 4 days, until I received an e-mail stating that I should have returned the phone one day before arriving at my destination. The response was not apologetic, but curt and short to shut off and turn on the unit again. I should not be charged at all, for the inconvenience. I gave the number to a pharmacy for a large order of medicine, and they did not contact me since the phone was not operating. I had to redo the whole search in a different city, since by the time the phone was working, I was somewhere away from the original location.

Awesome Company!! I've used Amigo U.S. twice, they're fantastic! The phone gets to you early, instructions are clear, everything super convenient. Customer service is easy to reach and helpful, if needed. I definitely recommend using them for your next trip!

Great Expereince! Great Service! Great Company My wife and I flew to Vancouver for half a week on our way to our honeymoon in Hawaii. Amigo's SIM card was incredible! Once we got it installed, it worked beautifully. Even when I had an issue with the initial install (due to my phone, not the SIM), the Amigo staff was extremely helpful and got me set up. I recommend this wonderful company for all of your mobile travel needs.

Very good service, but old phones The service is very good, the phone arrives on time and has all the accessories, but it's about time the company upgraded the phones, as they look pretty funny and don't have all the latest options. You have to go back in time to remember how to use the old Blackberry. If you choose to rent a Sim card only, you have to make sure your phone is unlocked, which will cost you $30-50, and will make this option not so attractive.
