SIM Card didn't work, haven't received response from company My rental SIM card didn't work in my phone. When I tried to call, the office was closed - the time difference made reaching the office almost impossible. When I emailed, it took a very long time to receive a response, and the response was not helpful. I have not received any response to my request for a refund, since the card did not work. After the first response, which asked that I let them know whether their suggestions worked, I never heard from them again. I am very dissatisfied.

Once we got it installed, it worked beautifully. Even when I had an issue with the initial install (due to my phone, not the SIM), the Amigo staff was extremely helpful and got me set up. I recommend this wonderful company for all of your mobile travel needs.

Very good service, but old phones The service is very good, the phone arrives on time and has all the accessories, but it's about time the company upgraded the phones, as they look pretty funny and don't have all the latest options. You have to go back in time to remember how to use the old Blackberry. If you choose to rent a Sim card only, you have to make sure your phone is unlocked, which will cost you $30-50, and will make this option not so attractive.
