USTotal disaster I ordered phone from AmigoUS for my wife for her trip to Israel based on good experience my daughter had for similar circumstances. This time around it was real disaster from the very start. Phone I got was epic old in any dimension and had “bug” in it. So, it took real afford to figure it out and reprogram it. It seemed working but to check it you need to be in place/Israel and over there it (phone) was DEAD on arrival for reason I would never know (battery or charger or … who cares now). I contacted customer service and was surprised how nice and willing to help was person I spoke with but with all his efforts it did not work out. I would never again use this phone rental service and would not recommend it to anyone.

USIt was a problem picking up the phone… It was a problem picking up the phone and dropping it off. MS. Nourallah works from her home and has limited hours of availability. I work and have limited hours of availability. The other LA pick-up is at quite a distance so not an option. Next time, I will probably pay you for shipping or arrange with a company that allows me to pick up at the airport in Tel Aviv. Last year, the person I dealt with was much more flexible in his times

USWe rented Amigo cell phones because we … We rented Amigo cell phones because we did not want to risk losing our phones. Amigo phones worked like a charm. We inputted the guide's number along with the hotel's and friends and relatives. Returning them via the supplied box was a snap. Already recommended Amigo to a few people.

CAPickup location was not expecting me … Pickup location was not expecting me when I came to pick up phone. They had to hunt for the order. They gave me the wrong instructions and I could not setup voice mail for 3 days until the correct instructions were mailed. BLU phone very hard to work because the big centre button had trouble navigation and frequently recorded false "Enter" commands. Although the phone was returned to Slice and Bites the day my plane landed, knowledge of the return of the phone did not reach Amigo HQ until 10 days after

USThe service was fine, the phone, not so. The service was fine, but the flip phone was not only old (I expected that) it was crude and not intuitive. too many steps to input a new contact, for example. Couldn't figure out how to set an alarm , and more such issues. I've rented such phones elsewhere in previous years, and the software was much better.
