Great Expereince! Great Service! Great Company My wife and I flew to Vancouver for half a week on our way to our honeymoon in Hawaii. Amigo's SIM card was incredible! Once we got it installed, it worked beautifully. Even when I had an issue with the initial install (due to my phone, not the SIM), the Amigo staff was extremely helpful and got me set up. I recommend this wonderful company for all of your mobile travel needs.

The service was fine, the phone,not so. The service was fine, but the flip phone was not only old (I expected that) it was crude and not intuitive. too many steps to input a new contact, for example. Couldn't figure out how to set an alarm , and more such issues. I've rented such phones elsewhere in previous years, and the software was much better.

poor implementation My phone was not connected on the correct date. I stayed without communication for 4 days, until I received an e-mail stating that I should have returned the phone one day before arriving at my destination. The response was not apologetic, but curt and short to shut off and turn on the unit again. I should not be charged at all, for the inconvenience. I gave the number to a pharmacy for a large order of medicine, and they did not contact me since the phone was not operating. I had to redo the whole search in a different city, since by the time the phone was working, I was somewhere away from the original location.
