Blackberry Passport is 5 years ahead of all the rest Bought a black passport 3 years ago and still using it, then bought a red for a 2nd phone and bought family 2 sliver ones recently. Faultless, slick, endless battery power, easy to navigate, faster than my laptop on the internet and easy to type up letters and documents. Runs spotify and whatsapp and telegram and all the rest.

Service I've been with blackberry for 5 years and have to say there service is just fantastic and siobhan masson could not be more helpful with any issues i may have she's just brilliant getting back to me and rian is such a lovely chap to deal with

Always liked their phones and never had… Always liked their phones and never had an issue with them - but thats because their tech support team support them - However if you need just a little help on something like Blackberry Playbook then you are completely stuffed - as they no longer support it. They could have answered all my DM's in Twitter but they just ignored all of my requests - Is that how you run a company ???? Well thats how they run theirs - Apalling !!

NOT worth the money sadly! As far as the BlackBerry phone is concerned, I am satisfied with it. I currently have a Key2lte which works just fine, although well over priced at ￡400. I have previously owned the Classic and Text models. Sadly as too many apps stopped working on them, I had to replace them and this is my main complaint with BlackBerry as a mobile phone. Customer service isn't helpful, as you have to paid for certain services, as they are directed more at businesses than individual customers (hence why maybe they have gone down hill in sales), but also when you do find an email or postal address online, nobody bothers to reply!

Best customer service ever I was surprised by the level of customer support I have received. There was an issue with my blackberry functionality, which resulted by my own fault. I have contacted customer support on BB website for an advice. I have received immediate phone call from customer service. This guy spend half an hour on phone explaining and leading me step by step to solve the issue. And it was solved. Customer support was way above my expectations. And phones are good - still using it.
