NOBest customer service ever I was surprised by the level of customer support I have received. There was an issue with my blackberry functionality, which resulted by my own fault. I have contacted customer support on BB website for an advice. I have received immediate phone call from customer service. This guy spend half an hour on phone explaining and leading me step by step to solve the issue. And it was solved. Customer support was way above my expectations. And phones are good - still using it.

CABlackberry has got to be the WORST… Blackberry has got to be the WORST company ever to deal with. They now own Cylance, and as a long time Cylance home user I can't renew because they have change their model of selling to end users, and you can only buy from Amazon.com to US only users; sad that a Canadian company wont sell to their Canadian customers!!! When I jumped through all their hoops (no phone support, email only) their answer was "that is the only channel currently available..." is the IQ required to work at Blackberry 70? Is a qualification not being able to read or critically think? Horrible company; shame on you Cylance to selling out for the money to this pathetic service provider.

GBAlways liked their phones and never had… Always liked their phones and never had an issue with them - but thats because their tech support team support them - However if you need just a little help on something like Blackberry Playbook then you are completely stuffed - as they no longer support it. They could have answered all my DM's in Twitter but they just ignored all of my requests - Is that how you run a company ???? Well thats how they run theirs - Apalling !!

IEMy first BlackBerry phone was in 2016 My first BlackBerry phone was in 2016, a second-hand online model, then I brought a brand-new BB Classic, which looked great from sure.com. However, over the years less and less apps worked as technology and software were updated and the phone became a bad and costly investment. I brought my last BB Phone, the Key2 Lte online and this again was well overpriced, but as many of us globally like using the keypads, rather than touch screen, I didn't see much of a choice. When the news came out online about BB Phone no longer working due to end of production/software updates, etc. I was concerned I would have to buy another phone from another brand, but as my handset is run by 'android', it still works fine, and I have not experienced any issues so far. But I wouldn't ever buy another BB Phone! Also, if you go onto the BlackBerry website (if they actually still have one), they do not reply to messages, as I sent some in the past regarding product support and advice and never received a reply, so their customer service is non-existent, extremely poor, seeing as many of us pay a lot for their products and are loyal!
