GBVery poor customer service. Quite possibly the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am certain that the same individual answers the phone for: 1-866-957-0761. The man sounds as if he is reading from a script which he cannot deviate from to answer customer questions, issues or complaints. He is also slow with responses and unable to help in any way. I decided to have my new Blackberry Priv returned back to Blackberry. They are lacking in customer service and I will go elsewhere with my business.

CABlackberry has got to be the WORST… Blackberry has got to be the WORST company ever to deal with. They now own Cylance, and as a long time Cylance home user I can't renew because they have change their model of selling to end users, and you can only buy from Amazon.com to US only users; sad that a Canadian company wont sell to their Canadian customers!!! When I jumped through all their hoops (no phone support, email only) their answer was "that is the only channel currently available..." is the IQ required to work at Blackberry 70? Is a qualification not being able to read or critically think? Horrible company; shame on you Cylance to selling out for the money to this pathetic service provider.

FRBLACKBERRY is REFUND AND FORGET Pay for kaspersky and you get nothing hi i have a firmware rootkit or bootkit on my computer and smartphone with carrieriq adups, pegsus skygofree and capabilities and blackberry even after sending logs, screen captures, movies cpu 73° battery 45° without launched apps, some core disabled, anormal cpu workflow, gps spoofing, cell id spoofing......activate or disable wifi bluetooth nfc remotely, the brightness, modificate files permissions..... so many evidences you can' t deny even if you are a noob in it security..... the only thing they do is nothing...... and then they do nothing else..... you pay for a blackberry motion with dtek60 and there is no support at all.......; the only thing they adviced me on facebook is : give back your smartphone to amazon.fr....... if you have a security issue , they ask you to be REFUND AND FORGET no repair, no support just bye bye.....

PTTerrible technical support Terrible technical support. I am using BB for 10 years and the first time I had to talk with the Technical support they simply can't solve my problem. Waiting for a new phone for more than a month and they are making me pay for a new phone even though the problem was under the warranty. They said I had a small crack on the screen so they have to charge for the entire phone. The phone was working for 9 months with that small crack and the biggest problem wasn't related with the crack.

PTusing BlackBerry phones for 10 years Using BlackBerry phones for about 10 years. Right now, I own Priv which is my 6ht or 7th smartphone from RIM. A little disappointed that camera used to be better on 990 and Q10. And honestly, the BB OS used to be so cool back in the day. Otherwise, they are still my favourite brand. You can't beat the physical keyboard.
