Don’t waste your time or money I ordered some 4lite wiz GU10 bulbs at what seemed a bargain price in 2 separate batches. Although some of the bulbs worked as expected others either didn’t work at all or wouldn’t pair. In addition the bulbs in on batch were a very different shape to the others. Customer service is lamentable with no reply to any of my emails and no contact phone number. Yes if it’s too good to be true it really is too good to be true.

Maplins received the return but need 3 working days to decide whether I get a full refund or a partial refund! What is that all about? I bought this phone for my 91 year old mother because it is supposed to be easy to operate. It's faulty and you can't imagine how stressful this is when the seller doesn't give a monkeys.
