Kohl’s customer service sucks! Kohl’s customer service sucks! When a package didn’t deliver they told me to file a police report instead of them finding out where my package was!

I appreciate the young ladies who… I appreciate the young ladies who helped me find bras to fit me (extenders), and taught me how to get my return label off my computer. You simply take a picture of the barcode. No one else gave that information to me. I do not know the exact date of any of my purchases.

Ordered nice jeans, got ones with rips in them.... I ordered 2 pairs of Sonoma supersoft skinny jeans with the intent of wearing them to work. I've ordered these jeans many times before without issue. When I got the jeans today, they had prefab rips in them! The pictures didn't show any rips, and I obviously cannot wear them to work. These 2 pairs are going right back. So very disappointed in Kohls. I will be cancelling my Kohls card and never going back.

Fed up with Kohls cash nonsense I kept receiving an email telling me that i had a $10 promotion credit and a separate $5 Kohl's cash credit, both of which could be used in-store or online. The ten dollar credit had to be used by March 12, but was nowhere to be found in my account while trying to place an order. The pin number did not work either. I am a loyal Kohl's charge customer and have had it with the difficulties of placing online orders with these promotional offers which appear to be non-existent. Am NOT happy!

Kohl’s is apparently promoting sex work Kohl’s employees in the Caribbean giving out sex numbers to try to get credit card mistakes addressed. Also asking for sensitive information. Nice job corporate. You really outdone yourself in the fraud department.
