GBHorrible customer relations... I went to a Kohl's yesterday and found 2 (men's) shirt's that seem very nice... so, Kohl's carries good product. But almost everything after that was horrible. There wasn't a POS/register anywhere to be seen and there wasn't any staff to be seen either. I walked all through the men's department thinking that there had to something wrong... but there wasn't any register are staff in the entire area... period. I walked to the back of the store, on the far side away from the men's dept., and found the Customer Service area, but it was unmanned too. It was a large store, about 30,00 sqft(?) and there was no signage anywhere indicating where to check out/purchase. I was about to put the shirts down and just leave when I finally saw one small sign for checkout, in the women's dept. I was steamed by that point. Anyway, I spoke to the cashier and told her how upset I was, and she got a manager/supervisor/or team-lead, I'm not sure which, but she was friendly and gave me a modest discount. Both ladies were kind and respectful. Having worked in retail as a Customer Service trainer, I asked why things were the way they were... while not saying so in so many words, she spoke of planned reduced work staff and open registers... she had no reason for lack of signage. It's corporate greed, was the ultimate reason... I can understand reducing staff during non-peak seasons, but signs don't cost much. The apathy of corpo-thinking simply doesn't care about the burden that they put on both staff and the customers by making a simple purchase difficult. The idea of "common curtesy" doesn't even enter into their thinking... to make simple things difficult takes effort, I think. I'll never shop at Kohl's again.

GBI appreciate the young ladies who… I appreciate the young ladies who helped me find bras to fit me (extenders), and taught me how to get my return label off my computer. You simply take a picture of the barcode. No one else gave that information to me. I do not know the exact date of any of my purchases.

GBIncompetent CSR wouldn't honor valid Kohls Cash Kohls kept sending me emails about my Kohls Cash expiring on 4/21/24. Well ON 4/21/24 I decided to use it online except it said I had no Kohls Cash. So I reached out on their official Facebook chat and kohls website. They told me I didn’t have any. I sent screenshots showing the email showing “Your Kohls Cash may be expiring as soon as April 21, 2024.” I received ANOTHER email AFTER the chat agents told me I don’t have any kohls cash saying I DID have kohls cash “just waiting to be spent”!! -Redeem it in store $ online through Apr 21. Once again I sent screenshots showing this came AFTER they’re telling me I don’t have any. ABBY was particularly stubborn on the date issue telling me “The wording does not reflect 4/21 as the expiration date.” What in the world does “Redeem it in store $ online through Apr 21.” mean then???? I repeatedly requested escalation to a manager which she refused and stopped responding to my chat. Useless, Incompetent and a RIP OFF!!!

GBI strongly advise against purchasing from Sephora at Kohl's online. I bought the foundation from Sephora at Kohl's online. When I went to use it a month later because I already had a product in use, the seal on the product box was cut open as if with a knife, indicating it might have been used and returned. I contacted customer service, and they asked why I didn't contact them as soon as I received it, which I think is totally fair. I explained the situation about the foundation I was originally using, which is totally fair too! But in the end, they refused to exchange the product. It would be best to avoid purchasing entirely from Kohl's at Sephora online, but if you're purchasing online from Sephora at Kohl's, be sure to thoroughly check the product. In my experience, all the items I received were damaged, every single one! likely because they're shipped in bags instead of boxes like regular Sephora orders. I'm the type who finds refunds or exchanges bothersome, so if they were not so damaged, I just used it. But I don't want to use a product that someone else used!!! If possible, I recommend buying from regular Sephora to avoid these issues.

GBDON’T order online! I order Acne treatment from them. Both of them were expired! They replaced it and sent me again EPRIDER products! Be careful with ordering beauty products from them! Hopefully, I will get my money back.
