I waited until the coupon was valid to order, put in the code right off the coupon, AGAIN says can't locate! NO purchase from me! I'm DONE ever shopping Kohls on-line again! SCAMMERS

I strongly advise against purchasing from Sephora at Kohl's online. I bought the foundation from Sephora at Kohl's online. When I went to use it a month later because I already had a product in use, the seal on the product box was cut open as if with a knife, indicating it might have been used and returned. I contacted customer service, and they asked why I didn't contact them as soon as I received it, which I think is totally fair. I explained the situation about the foundation I was originally using, which is totally fair too! But in the end, they refused to exchange the product. It would be best to avoid purchasing entirely from Kohl's at Sephora online, but if you're purchasing online from Sephora at Kohl's, be sure to thoroughly check the product. In my experience, all the items I received were damaged, every single one! likely because they're shipped in bags instead of boxes like regular Sephora orders. I'm the type who finds refunds or exchanges bothersome, so if they were not so damaged, I just used it. But I don't want to use a product that someone else used!!! If possible, I recommend buying from regular Sephora to avoid these issues.

STEPHANIE I had a situation, I returned items to Amazon, and received a Kohl's store coupon. I went to the Kohl's counter to purchase items and the coupon was misplaced and not deducted from my balance owed. I called the Richmond Tx store. Spoke with Stephanie and she immediately resolved it. I wish there were more sales associates like Stephanie. She is awesome and went the extra mile.

Kohls in Springfield Kohls in Springfield, Or is the worst store you risk being assaulted by shopping criminals . The Management is awful Kara is useless and Eldon is not the brightest also very snotty and snide. Everyone else is great but not safe store to be in you never know when you will find white powder in the bathroom. Or 20 empty shoe boxes because they have been stolen just that morning

Ordered nice jeans, got ones with rips in them.... I ordered 2 pairs of Sonoma supersoft skinny jeans with the intent of wearing them to work. I've ordered these jeans many times before without issue. When I got the jeans today, they had prefab rips in them! The pictures didn't show any rips, and I obviously cannot wear them to work. These 2 pairs are going right back. So very disappointed in Kohls. I will be cancelling my Kohls card and never going back.
