Causes overheating in Verizon Mifi Jetpack After talking to customer rep, I apparently ordered wrong power supply. Would have appreciated a notification that power supply I ordered was not compatible with amplifier I ordered. Specifically talked to rep re my use with Verizon Wifi Jetpack. Was transferring large files between two computers on my homegroup. Took several hours, but Jetpack failed due to overheating by amplifier.

we have an all metal home and our local … we have an all metal home and our local phone co. dropped all their cell service, we had a very weak signal from a distant tower that would sometimes let us make a call from outside our home showing one bar on our phones. after installing the 4G booster we have good signal inside our home with some areas showing 4 bars and -85 dbs. we are not very tech savvy and when one of our "smart" sons comes to visit they can probably help us position the equipment to get even better reception.

Worst Company Ever! I am a totally disabled veteran and my wife a lung cancer patient. This company turned their backs on us even after buying three of their boosters. They are not BBB accredited and do not stand behind their products.

So the sales side is very responsive… So the sales side is very responsive and helpful, they assisted me with what I needed and options available. Then I placed an order with them on a Friday night and the next Thursday it still was not even shipped out yet, I had placed phone calls and support emails and finally, I received an email 5 days later giving me a tracking number that is not to be used for 72 hours so this means it takes this company almost 2 weeks to ship orders out. I sent an email to cancel but as of this email no response as I have found their items Amazon Canada and they don't charge shipping and I was charged $50.00 and I can have the items in 2 days from date of order. Don't expect service after they receive your payment in my limited experience with this company, it takes nothing to be prompt in returning requests and should advise if delivery would be delayed, I hope the product is a quality product.

Employees and product are very good. Received advice and recommendations that were most helpful. It was also very helpful to read reviews that have been posted. Signal increased to two bars or better. Pizza pan on top of fiberglass RV works(to attach magnetic antenna). Highly recommend WeBoost Drive 4G-X used with Wilson 311155 (inside antenna). Standard little antenna(outside) that comes with 4G-X mounted to 16" metal pizza pan works well in my situation.
