Then I placed an order with them on a Friday night and the next Thursday it still was not even shipped out yet, I had placed phone calls and support emails and finally, I received an email 5 days later giving me a tracking number that is not to be used for 72 hours so this means it takes this company almost 2 weeks to ship orders out. I sent an email to cancel but as of this email no response as I have found their items Amazon Canada and they don't charge shipping and I was charged $50.00 and I can have the items in 2 days from date of order. Don't expect service after they receive your payment in my limited experience with this company, it takes nothing to be prompt in returning requests and should advise if delivery would be delayed, I hope the product is a quality product.

Signal increased to two bars or better. Pizza pan on top of fiberglass RV works(to attach magnetic antenna). Highly recommend WeBoost Drive 4G-X used with Wilson 311155 (inside antenna). Standard little antenna(outside) that comes with 4G-X mounted to 16" metal pizza pan works well in my situation.

The Wilson Weboost amplifier really … The Wilson Weboost amplifier really helped boost our cell phone signal and computer internet speed in our 4,000 sq ft home. We had one to zero bars on our cell phones with slow speed internet connection to three bars and fast internet connection. This signal amplifier really does work. You have to follow the directions and adjust the outside amplifier in the right direction and get the cable run distance over 25 feet away from the indoor amplifier pointing away from each other. A real easy set up which took about an hour to get the system all working properly.

The unit I purchased just does not perform as expected The unit I purchased just does not boost the cell phone signal unless you have a pretty good signal already. If you have a couple of bars, it may give you an additional bar, but it must also be very, very close to the interior antennae. 3' is way to far away. I have the Drive 4 G-M, but will move to the 4 G-X and hope for better results. The original Wilson dual band boosters were better in my opinion.
