Causes overheating in Verizon Mifi Jetpack After talking to customer rep, I apparently ordered wrong power supply. Would have appreciated a notification that power supply I ordered was not compatible with amplifier I ordered. Specifically talked to rep re my use with Verizon Wifi Jetpack. Was transferring large files between two computers on my homegroup. Took several hours, but Jetpack failed due to overheating by amplifier.

Not a good experience Ended up ordering the replacement antenna online by myself because it was after hours when the guy finally called me back. Once I attached new antenna, it ended up being defective as I later came to find out the solder had cracked where the antenna is attached to the cable & no one will help me replace it.

So the sales side is very responsive… So the sales side is very responsive and helpful, they assisted me with what I needed and options available. Then I placed an order with them on a Friday night and the next Thursday it still was not even shipped out yet, I had placed phone calls and support emails and finally, I received an email 5 days later giving me a tracking number that is not to be used for 72 hours so this means it takes this company almost 2 weeks to ship orders out. I sent an email to cancel but as of this email no response as I have found their items Amazon Canada and they don't charge shipping and I was charged $50.00 and I can have the items in 2 days from date of order. Don't expect service after they receive your payment in my limited experience with this company, it takes nothing to be prompt in returning requests and should advise if delivery would be delayed, I hope the product is a quality product.

Worst Company Ever! I am a totally disabled veteran and my wife a lung cancer patient. This company turned their backs on us even after buying three of their boosters. They are not BBB accredited and do not stand behind their products.
