GBThe weBoost 4g-x OTR is exactly what we needed. As full-time RVers we travel to some pretty remote places where without a cell booster we'd have no communication or internet. We bought the weBoost 4g-x OTR because according to our research, it was the best. We have not been disappointed. The first time we turned it on, it boosted our signal from abysmal -130 dBm to very usable -97 dbm.

GBPurchased a reconditioned cell amp Output of amp is not what was expected. The amp was suppose to cover 2500 sq ft, when I installed it, you had to be within 6 feet to have any improvement in cell service. Found out from wilson tech support that the reconditioned unit I purchased with a one year warranty has a high failure rate within one to two months. Very disappointed that the reconditioned unit is not reliable!!

CAWebsite Full of Inaccuracies and Confusion..... I have ordered and just received a We Boost Drive Reach RV. Initial testing looks promising, but my main use will be in the summer. My review is based solely on the web site, and chat experiences. The web site is full of errors, making product selection difficult. Case in point is the Drive Reach RV. The "what's included" pictures are different than what is contained in the online manual. So you don't know what you are actually going to get when you open the box. I am referring to the mounting brackets (claps onto ladder-pipe) and other bits. Then to try to confirm what was included, I engaged with the online chat, and the tech advised that they were would not be included. I was pleasantly surprised to open the box, and find the mounting bracket in the box, (yay)!! But this is contrast to what the tech told me, and what the website says is included. Next up, the part numbers for the individual components is confusing. The Drive Reach and Drive OTR have the same external antenna, but show different part numbers. So the shopper is left wondering what is different, and which one is better. When they are the same, (except for some mounting bits, OR because they are part of a different model (OTR vs RV)). So in the end, I spent waaay too much time, trying to figure out what to buy, owing to inconsistent information on the web site, techs providing wrong info, and part numbers that make comparison difficult. I hope that the product functionality makes up for these glaring shortcomings on the web site.

GBThe Wilson Weboost amplifier really … The Wilson Weboost amplifier really helped boost our cell phone signal and computer internet speed in our 4,000 sq ft home. We had one to zero bars on our cell phones with slow speed internet connection to three bars and fast internet connection. This signal amplifier really does work. You have to follow the directions and adjust the outside amplifier in the right direction and get the cable run distance over 25 feet away from the indoor amplifier pointing away from each other. A real easy set up which took about an hour to get the system all working properly.

GBVery bad experience with both order… Very bad experience with both order processing as well as the problem resolution. We ordered a Wilson Pro 70 Plus (50 ohm) with Omni/Dome Antenna (over $1,000, total). When we received the shipment the package only contained wiring, no amplifier. I placed 3 phone calls in to the number listed on Wilson Amplifiers's home page over the course of several days. Beyond the representatives on the phone taking my name and phone number the issue was never addressed.
