CASo the sales side is very responsive… So the sales side is very responsive and helpful, they assisted me with what I needed and options available. Then I placed an order with them on a Friday night and the next Thursday it still was not even shipped out yet, I had placed phone calls and support emails and finally, I received an email 5 days later giving me a tracking number that is not to be used for 72 hours so this means it takes this company almost 2 weeks to ship orders out. I sent an email to cancel but as of this email no response as I have found their items Amazon Canada and they don't charge shipping and I was charged $50.00 and I can have the items in 2 days from date of order. Don't expect service after they receive your payment in my limited experience with this company, it takes nothing to be prompt in returning requests and should advise if delivery would be delayed, I hope the product is a quality product.

USWorst Company Ever! I am a totally disabled veteran and my wife a lung cancer patient. This company turned their backs on us even after buying three of their boosters. They are not BBB accredited and do not stand behind their products.

USwe have an all metal home and our local … we have an all metal home and our local phone co. dropped all their cell service, we had a very weak signal from a distant tower that would sometimes let us make a call from outside our home showing one bar on our phones. after installing the 4G booster we have good signal inside our home with some areas showing 4 bars and -85 dbs. we are not very tech savvy and when one of our "smart" sons comes to visit they can probably help us position the equipment to get even better reception.

USThe unit I purchased just does not perform as expected The unit I purchased just does not boost the cell phone signal unless you have a pretty good signal already. If you have a couple of bars, it may give you an additional bar, but it must also be very, very close to the interior antennae. 3' is way to far away. I have the Drive 4 G-M, but will move to the 4 G-X and hope for better results. The original Wilson dual band boosters were better in my opinion.

USThe weBoost 4g-x OTR is exactly what we needed. As full-time RVers we travel to some pretty remote places where without a cell booster we'd have no communication or internet. We bought the weBoost 4g-x OTR because according to our research, it was the best. We have not been disappointed. The first time we turned it on, it boosted our signal from abysmal -130 dBm to very usable -97 dbm.
