GBGOTRAX support is awful GOTRAX support is awful, almost non existent. I keep calling and sending emails to no avail. I spoke to someone on the phone that indicated that it was "out of his scope" to help. I just need a replacement part on my two month old scooter. I have had a routing number for many days, but the part has not actually shipped. I can't talk to anyone who can or is willing to help. BUYER BEWARE!!!

GB💩💩💩💩💩 This is my rating! 💩💩💩💩💩 This is my rating of gotrax! Got the shift s2 for my kid on christmas. They say its portable and foldable so I folded it and put in my car for a 30min drive to a bike trail. Was never the same when I unfolded it. Felt like something needed to be tightened but couldnt find where! Early February the throttle goes out didnt get to order till end of the month because it was out of stock! Waited another 6weeks for some unknown reason. At this point I’m getting frustrated because my kid really needed his bike! I kept sending them follow up emails and all I get are apologies because its out of stock! Finally shipping gets movement just for the package to end up at somebody else's house! Forget about calling customer service! They are not exclusive to gotrax and wouldnt know much about the product! They will alway tell you to email your concerns to “SUPPORT” which will stir up what ever frustration you already have! Please go look somewhere else to buy ebikes! I’m telling you gotrax’s incompetence can win an olympic gold! Ive been receiving emails from them thats meant for somebody else so I’m not surprised my package ended up somewhere else! Take your hard earned money somewhere else!

GBGotrax customer service My experience is based on the Gotrax XR Ultra. I’ve had my scooter for around 9 months and had the console (handle bar/ display) give an error. Fortunately, contacting gotrax was a breeze. I sent them my order number and and image of the issue… they were able to give me a new console free of charge. Riding the e-scooter has been a great experience, as I commute from class to class.
