Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, no Canadian phone number, email take days days to get a response, purchased two hoverboards for my kids for Christmas. After several email they tell the control panel is gone buy a new one! That’s it!! The warranty is up because I purchased them In late October for Christmas. $300 piece of junk, Company is a scam

Easy Communication and Great Customer Service We bought two GoTrax GKS scooters for my kids, and they love them! They don’t go too fast, but just fast enough for a thrill. The foot operation was easy for my kids to figure out quickly, and the battery life is pretty good! Our only issue was that these little screws fell out and we couldn’t find where they came from. Turns out they hold the brake piece to the foot fender that you push for brakes. It still works just fine, just makes a rattle sound. However, one of the plastic fender brakes broke off, so I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement part. David C has been very helpful in getting this resolved for us, and I really appreciate all his hard work! If I didn’t reply for a few days, he would check in to make sure we didn’t give up on finding a solution. We are very satisfied with the product and the service, and feel confident in buying from them again in the future.

Gotrax customer service My experience is based on the Gotrax XR Ultra. I’ve had my scooter for around 9 months and had the console (handle bar/ display) give an error. Fortunately, contacting gotrax was a breeze. I sent them my order number and and image of the issue… they were able to give me a new console free of charge. Riding the e-scooter has been a great experience, as I commute from class to class.

Excellent lightweight bike! I already have an e-bike but at 72 years old I wanted another one that was lightweight and the F1 version2 was 44lbs with the battery out to have in the back of my suv for rides whenever I see a nice park or bike trails to ride or to just ride somewhere different. I am surprised how well built this bike is for the price. Long battery life, very comfortable seat and lots of fun!

I had an issue with my motor wheel I had an issue with my motor wheel, I quickly found out in the website that all products come with a 2 year warranty. It was very easy for me to contact GoTrax via email. They are quick to respond and within a few hours, they were shipping my parts I needed to me for FREE(under the warranty).
