Unprofessional Had call from this place because of a online quote, explained my whole schedule and availability. Was promised 100 copies by the 26th with a lot of hoops to jump, reason I wanted to make sure, Ruth who took my order such a sweet person until the week before the dead line. It seemed more like a sales call than a company who provides the costumer service a costumer requires. Soon after out of frustration due that cd's were promised I get a 140 dollar extra fee to expedite, sure I agree and tell them I will make a review about the bad service, Sandy Cleeveley calls me telling me they will cancel my order because I said what seemed a "threat" to her. It's the 21st century, people make complaints for bad service, if you cant take it don't make fake promises. Never ordering anything from this place. Now I don't have CD's and a bad, terrible experience with this place. Oh and the reply, now I get called a liar. I don't need to lie, what I need is 100 copies by the weekend. Go to yelp reviews check other peoples reviews. No need to lie.

My recent September Order On my recent single, they screwed up my cd registration data and refused to fix it, I was hung up on phone calls and emails not returned, the customer is always right, take a crash course of Dale Carnegie bison disc crew, pitiful customer service, I will get my money back. Run away from this motley bunch

Nice Cover Art, Disc colors way off The overall quality of the production was fine but the color printed on the disc was not even close to that on the cover. The cover was gray (as it should have been) but the disc printing (same file) turned out blue. Client was not very thrilled.

DISKS WERE SHIPPED WITH DEAD AIR SEVERAL SECONDS INTO SONG I only ordered 100 disks but they all seem to have dead air or a skip at the start of every song.. I have no idea on how to rectify this problem I have only sold or given away a handful of cds. other than that you guys were timely with my order but I have doughts on using your services again.

Wow! My first demo ever! Just arrived -my first CD voice over Demo -it came out so beautifully designed & packaged that I want to frame each one before sending them out-Really! that fantastic-they know what there doing. Bob is the best MAN FRIDAY so to speak -I thought was taliking to an uncle of mine-definately a relative! Thanks to all at Bison Disc...sincerely Bob Van Lindt
