Bad experience I made an order when the time come for me to pick it up I did not receive the whole amount. The rest had to be shipped to me. I went on again to make another order. My sales rep (NAME) told me that it would be done on this date. I call him on that day and it wasn't done. He then gave me another date which he couldn't met. Because I didn't pay for the order to be expedited then they just go back and forth. I don't think I should've paid for the order to be expedited because they didn't give me the first one on time neither did they give the second one. I don't if the company as a whole do business like, but (NAME) is not a man of his words at all.

They will follow though with you on your every desire, or request, while beating the competition price-wise every time. Nothing is too small that it does not warrant their close attention. With so many different packaging options, you will feel like a kid in a candy shop when choosing the one that best suits your individual project. My next CD project will be Bison all the way! Looking and sounding good!

don't waste your money, save up and use disc masters instead. Packaging looked good but the artwork on the disc looks gritty and grainy. The underside of the discs look like a cheap burnt CD. Had 7 CDs cases broken in transit to me in the mail and bison refused to replace them. I paid for the CDs to be cell wrapped and it looked like a 3 year old did it. I will never order from bison ever again. Bob at bison sucks.

Bison Disc...a quick way to give your CDs a professional look. You can't beat $2 a disc that is professionaly packaged and duplicated although I wish there were more detailed template instructions geared towards the client doing their own placemen and saving your fees. I've not yet recieved my product yet I've not yet recieved my product yet, and would likely have given 5 stars had it shipped when promised. A ship date I was given a week ago was changed to 6 days later and I wasn't told until I called to ask where my order was. Most of my communications with the company have been good: calls taken, emails answered. But this delay has caused me to have to reschedule a playback party. I will edit or re-write this review upon receipt and evaluation of my product. UPDATE: Today, April 3, was the SECOND promised ship date for my order. I have recieved no confirmation either by email or telephone nor Fedex track number as promised today. Therefore my rating has now gone down one star to three, and will go down one star for every day my order is not shipped. If I don't have a confirmation by Thursday, it's NO stars and I will drive to Orlando to get my order in person.
