GBOut of the Park Bison Disc simply hit the ball out of the park in duplicating our 50th high school reunion photos and capturing our thematic artwork on the DVD's face. The customer care was perfect with specific guidance and help along each step of the way for our first time experience. Highly recommend using Bison Dosc for all of your replication needs. GBNot impressed. The original set up was good, the person that took care of me was very helpful. However, I was disappointed with the packaging. The mailers I received (cardboard envelopes) were very nicely packaged, even though there were only mailers. The box in which they came had plenty of room for all of them and there was some additional paper inside to cushion them. Quite the opposite with the actual CDs. The box in which they came was barely big enough to fit the 50 Cds. This resulted in receiving several broken cases and some others were scratched. When I mentioned that to my contact, she suggested that I send her pictures of all the broken CD cases. I was disappointed with that answer.

GBUnprofessional Had call from this place because of a online quote, explained my whole schedule and availability. Was promised 100 copies by the 26th with a lot of hoops to jump, reason I wanted to make sure, Ruth who took my order such a sweet person until the week before the dead line. It seemed more like a sales call than a company who provides the costumer service a costumer requires. Soon after out of frustration due that cd's were promised I get a 140 dollar extra fee to expedite, sure I agree and tell them I will make a review about the bad service, Sandy Cleeveley calls me telling me they will cancel my order because I said what seemed a "threat" to her. It's the 21st century, people make complaints for bad service, if you cant take it don't make fake promises. Never ordering anything from this place. Now I don't have CD's and a bad, terrible experience with this place. Oh and the reply, now I get called a liar. I don't need to lie, what I need is 100 copies by the weekend. Go to yelp reviews check other peoples reviews. No need to lie.

GBdon't waste your money, save up and use disc masters instead. Packaging looked good but the artwork on the disc looks gritty and grainy. The underside of the discs look like a cheap burnt CD. Had 7 CDs cases broken in transit to me in the mail and bison refused to replace them. I paid for the CDs to be cell wrapped and it looked like a 3 year old did it. I will never order from bison ever again. Bob at bison sucks.
