GBNot impressed. The original set up was good, the person that took care of me was very helpful. However, I was disappointed with the packaging. The mailers I received (cardboard envelopes) were very nicely packaged, even though there were only mailers. The box in which they came had plenty of room for all of them and there was some additional paper inside to cushion them. Quite the opposite with the actual CDs. The box in which they came was barely big enough to fit the 50 Cds. This resulted in receiving several broken cases and some others were scratched. When I mentioned that to my contact, she suggested that I send her pictures of all the broken CD cases. I was disappointed with that answer.

GBQuality Over Quantity Whether you're in the market to press 100, or 1000, or more CDs, Bison keeps the sound quality and packaging professional. They will follow though with you on your every desire, or request, while beating the competition price-wise every time. Nothing is too small that it does not warrant their close attention. With so many different packaging options, you will feel like a kid in a candy shop when choosing the one that best suits your individual project. My next CD project will be Bison all the way! Looking and sounding good!

GBOut of the Park Bison Disc simply hit the ball out of the park in duplicating our 50th high school reunion photos and capturing our thematic artwork on the DVD's face. The customer care was perfect with specific guidance and help along each step of the way for our first time experience. Highly recommend using Bison Dosc for all of your replication needs. GBWow! My first demo ever! Just arrived -my first CD voice over Demo -it came out so beautifully designed & packaged that I want to frame each one before sending them out-Really! that fantastic-they know what there doing. GBI've not yet recieved my product yet I've not yet recieved my product yet, and would likely have given 5 stars had it shipped when promised. A ship date I was given a week ago was changed to 6 days later and I wasn't told until I called to ask where my order was. Most of my communications with the company have been good: calls taken, emails answered. But this delay has caused me to have to reschedule a playback party. I will edit or re-write this review upon receipt and evaluation of my product. UPDATE: Today, April 3, was the SECOND promised ship date for my order. I have recieved no confirmation either by email or telephone nor Fedex track number as promised today. Therefore my rating has now gone down one star to three, and will go down one star for every day my order is not shipped. If I don't have a confirmation by Thursday, it's NO stars and I will drive to Orlando to get my order in person.
