GBBUYERS BEWARE Marketing material mail out misrepresents customer service and product warranty. Automated message (1-415-673-8033) system for customer rep service is non-existent. Don't ask, they are not responsive and won't return any call messages (that way they seek to avoid any warranty issues or refunds). GBNever again will I order any products… Never again will I order any products from this company nor do I recommend them! Waited for the product for over a month only to be told the supplier was out of the product. And this was only because I contacted them or I probably would never had heard from them. Well, now after canceling the order and requested a refund, STILL waiting! Beginning to think they ripped me off $145

GBLong silence to process and ship, out of stock and no communication. I ordered and paid quickly, there was no update on my order. Waited and waited.... when the order arrived it was short two items and the invoice was not modified. Will now have to check credit card to see if invoice was modified. Will not order from them again when there are many more professional options out there.

GBAwful Awful. I placed an order. After 10 business days I contacted the company, was told it would arrive in 7-10 business days. I wrote again saying it was the 10th business day. then several more emails telling me my product was on the way- then an email saying they could not get the product!!! I did get my $ back, but the communication on their part was awful.

GBGreat price on Blue Poppy Allerease/terrible customer service Great price on Blue Poppy Allerease; I had ordered from them once before, and product just over 10 days to arrive. I emailed on the 11th day and received a response and all was good. Placed another order 1/5/2021, and after 2 weeks and 3 emails, I got an email response saying they were waiting for delivery from the mfg. Understandable, because, pandemic. Today, 2/16/2021 I emailed again, strongly worded yet polite, because they do not provide any updates or other communication. In a quick return email I was told my order was now canceled and I would be refunded. We will see if they follow through. Paid through PayPal, will open a dispute if necessary.
