GBHorrible Horrible! Total scam. My order came from China after three months, never even arrived. The shipping company (17TRACK whatever that is), didn't even have my shipping address anywhere. When I try to go to the easyliving4u (ah the irony) site, it just suspiciously flickers non-stop (very similar to creating a virus on my system. I have never dealt with such incompetence and unprofessionalism in my life.

GBBUYERS BEWARE Marketing material mail out misrepresents customer service and product warranty. Automated message (1-415-673-8033) system for customer rep service is non-existent. Don't ask, they are not responsive and won't return any call messages (that way they seek to avoid any warranty issues or refunds). On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the worst, 10 being best, I rate Easy Living Health -10, so Buyers Beware!! Ron K Order#162793 8/17/14

GBincredibly frustrating! I ordered some Omega 3 supplements on Jan 2nd. I specifically waivered the "signature service" as I have a safe place for packages on my porch and since I work, I'm not able to sign for deliveries. It would require me to go to the Post Office which is very inconvenient. I contacted the company on Jan 12th - over than expected 5-8 business day time frame indicated for delivery. I received a message with an acknowledged apology "for the delay" indicating the shipment would happen the next day. I received the package today, Jan 22nd, after taking time off work to get to the Post Office...since I was notified I had a "signature confirmation required" package. My order to the Easy Living Health Company was handled in a very unacceptable and inattentive way...it took 21 days to get to me and the one directive that I specified was totally ignored.

GBTerrible Customer Service!! I can't help but think the other reviews were written by company employees! I placed my order on 8/11. The website states it only takes 48-72 hrs to process an order. I selected the 5-8 business day delivery. Today is the 23rd and I still haven't received my order yet- that's 10 business days!!! I have called the company on three different days this week to discuss, always to get their voicemail, and have left three messages, and NO ONE has returned any of my calls! I even tried to email them yesterday, and still no response!! I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! Please BEWARE- they may have great prices, but you will not be able to speak with anyone should you have an issue with your order!!

GBTerrible Experience!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. I put something in my "cart" on Easy Livings Website, then saw that the website had loaded the wrong product into the cart so I never purchased the item. A week later I saw that my card was charged even though I never submitted my order. I couldn't reach customer service by phone. No one responded to my emails. Shipping took longer than usual. Now I am stuck with a supplement I never needed and never actually ordered. This website is flawed and I had no customer service to help me and my card magically got charged. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
