Terrible Experience!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. I put something in my "cart" on Easy Livings Website, then saw that the website had loaded the wrong product into the cart so I never purchased the item. A week later I saw that my card was charged even though I never submitted my order. I couldn't reach customer service by phone. No one responded to my emails. Shipping took longer than usual. Now I am stuck with a supplement I never needed and never actually ordered. This website is flawed and I had no customer service to help me and my card magically got charged. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Horrible Horrible! Total scam. My order came from China after three months, never even arrived. The shipping company (17TRACK whatever that is), didn't even have my shipping address anywhere. When I try to go to the easyliving4u (ah the irony) site, it just suspiciously flickers non-stop (very similar to creating a virus on my system. I have never dealt with such incompetence and unprofessionalism in my life.

I do not write reviews but have to… I do not write reviews but have to share experience about this company. 1st of the month I ordered online a mobility scooter with a 4-8 day delivery tag. Only communication was receipt by email. On the 8th I rang to be told it would be the following week 11-15th. On 15th I rang told it would be Monday 18. I rang 18,19 & 20th to be to next day. Interestingly it wasn’t picked up by ups on 18th on standard delivery. On 21st I rang giving a deadline of lunchtime before taking to the press. Within half hour I received a call stating it would be dispatched from manufacturers on overnight to arrive next day Friday. Didn’t arrive. Rang Saturday 23rd stating it was over 3 weeks so for them to cancel the order and refund my credit card. On Monday 25th scooter arrived. I called and as order had been cancelled on the Saturday requested collection. I was told it would be collected Wednesday 27th. It’s now Thursday 28th and still no collection. I rang only to be told my son had rung and questioned why I should be charged for collection. No member of the family knew about the situation so call was never made. Once I started stating that I was told I was being aggressive and had phone put down on me. I’m at a loss as to how a company can survive if this is a snapshot of their customer service

if i could give this company a 0 i would! I ordered a product from this company and waited the 8 business days before I tried to contact them. I never received my product so I logged in to check my status, they cancelled my order and never told me! I called 3 times and never got to talk to anyone in person. Emailed them finally got a response saying they never took out my money from my account, which they did it shows in my bank account. They said they would look into that because they didn't see it, I told them not to worry about it you're too hard to work with I'll just contact my bank. They told me not to do that to let them take care of it or my bank would charge myself and them. I gave them until the end of business day to fix it because I was already fed up with them. And I actually gave them one more day still nothing back! I have now called my bank and they are fixing it for me. I don't believe they are a real company, and all the good reviews are from them!

Great price on Blue Poppy Allerease/terrible customer service Great price on Blue Poppy Allerease; I had ordered from them once before, and product just over 10 days to arrive. I emailed on the 11th day and received a response and all was good. Placed another order 1/5/2021, and after 2 weeks and 3 emails, I got an email response saying they were waiting for delivery from the mfg. Understandable, because, pandemic. Today, 2/16/2021 I emailed again, strongly worded yet polite, because they do not provide any updates or other communication. In a quick return email I was told my order was now canceled and I would be refunded. We will see if they follow through. Paid through PayPal, will open a dispute if necessary.
