GBAwful Awful. I placed an order. After 10 business days I contacted the company, was told it would arrive in 7-10 business days. I wrote again saying it was the 10th business day. then several more emails telling me my product was on the way- then an email saying they could not get the product!!! I did get my $ back, but the communication on their part was awful.

GBThese guys are a joke I ordered … These guys are a joke I ordered supplements from them then 10 days later they sent me an e-mail saying order canceled, no sorry, no explanation, no suggestions. Not only that shows lack of professionalism, but makes me wonder if the site is a scam just bent on getting my credit card number. Don't send them your info.

GBTerrible Customer Service!! I can't help but think the other reviews were written by company employees! I placed my order on 8/11. The website states it only takes 48-72 hrs to process an order. I selected the 5-8 business day delivery. Today is the 23rd and I still haven't received my order yet- that's 10 business days!!! I have called the company on three different days this week to discuss, always to get their voicemail, and have left three messages, and NO ONE has returned any of my calls! I even tried to email them yesterday, and still no response!! I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! Please BEWARE- they may have great prices, but you will not be able to speak with anyone should you have an issue with your order!!

GBI do not write reviews but have to… I do not write reviews but have to share experience about this company. 1st of the month I ordered online a mobility scooter with a 4-8 day delivery tag. Only communication was receipt by email. On the 8th I rang to be told it would be the following week 11-15th. On 15th I rang told it would be Monday 18. I rang 18,19 & 20th to be to next day. Interestingly it wasn’t picked up by ups on 18th on standard delivery. On 21st I rang giving a deadline of lunchtime before taking to the press. Within half hour I received a call stating it would be dispatched from manufacturers on overnight to arrive next day Friday. Didn’t arrive. Rang Saturday 23rd stating it was over 3 weeks so for them to cancel the order and refund my credit card. On Monday 25th scooter arrived. I called and as order had been cancelled on the Saturday requested collection. I was told it would be collected Wednesday 27th. It’s now Thursday 28th and still no collection. I rang only to be told my son had rung and questioned why I should be charged for collection. No member of the family knew about the situation so call was never made. Once I started stating that I was told I was being aggressive and had phone put down on me. I’m at a loss as to how a company can survive if this is a snapshot of their customer service
