GBLet's talk about Easy Living Health's … Let's talk about Easy Living Health's customer service. It's horrible. They do not call back, but they might send you a note on your order, of which has a horrible response with little to no answer to your question. But the best part, after waiting 17 days for the order to leave the "processing" stage, they cancel it! Do yourself a favor, use anyone, ANYONE else.

GBThese guys are a joke I ordered … These guys are a joke I ordered supplements from them then 10 days later they sent me an e-mail saying order canceled, no sorry, no explanation, no suggestions. Not only that shows lack of professionalism, but makes me wonder if the site is a scam just bent on getting my credit card number. Don't send them your info.

GBBad unacceptable experience I waited 11 days for my order when I called them I had to leave a message they never called me back, then cancelled my order. They charged my card, the very day i placed the order now I have to make sure that I get my money back. I will never order from them again. They have bad or correction no customer service all. This is not a reputable company all....if I could give them a 0 I would..

GBTerrible Customer Service!! I can't help but think the other reviews were written by company employees! I placed my order on 8/11. The website states it only takes 48-72 hrs to process an order. I selected the 5-8 business day delivery. Today is the 23rd and I still haven't received my order yet- that's 10 business days!!! I have called the company on three different days this week to discuss, always to get their voicemail, and have left three messages, and NO ONE has returned any of my calls! I even tried to email them yesterday, and still no response!! I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! Please BEWARE- they may have great prices, but you will not be able to speak with anyone should you have an issue with your order!!

GBif i could give this company a 0 i would! I ordered a product from this company and waited the 8 business days before I tried to contact them. I never received my product so I logged in to check my status, they cancelled my order and never told me! I called 3 times and never got to talk to anyone in person. Emailed them finally got a response saying they never took out my money from my account, which they did it shows in my bank account. They said they would look into that because they didn't see it, I told them not to worry about it you're too hard to work with I'll just contact my bank. They told me not to do that to let them take care of it or my bank would charge myself and them. I gave them until the end of business day to fix it because I was already fed up with them. And I actually gave them one more day still nothing back! I have now called my bank and they are fixing it for me. I don't believe they are a real company, and all the good reviews are from them!
