Bad unacceptable experience I waited 11 days for my order when I called them I had to leave a message they never called me back, then cancelled my order. They charged my card, the very day i placed the order now I have to make sure that I get my money back. I will never order from them again. They have bad or correction no customer service all. This is not a reputable company all....if I could give them a 0 I would..

Long silence to process and ship, out of stock and no communication. I ordered and paid quickly, there was no update on my order. Waited and waited.... when the order arrived it was short two items and the invoice was not modified. Will now have to check credit card to see if invoice was modified. Will not order from them again when there are many more professional options out there.

Never again will I order any products… Never again will I order any products from this company nor do I recommend them! Waited for the product for over a month only to be told the supplier was out of the product. And this was only because I contacted them or I probably would never had heard from them. incredibly frustrating! I ordered some Omega 3 supplements on Jan 2nd. I specifically waivered the "signature service" as I have a safe place for packages on my porch and since I work, I'm not able to sign for deliveries. It would require me to go to the Post Office which is very inconvenient. I contacted the company on Jan 12th - over than expected 5-8 business day time frame indicated for delivery. I received a message with an acknowledged apology "for the delay" indicating the shipment would happen the next day. I received the package today, Jan 22nd, after taking time off work to get to the Post Office...since I was notified I had a "signature confirmation required" package. My order to the Easy Living Health Company was handled in a very unacceptable and inattentive way...it took 21 days to get to me and the one directive that I specified was totally ignored.
