GBTerrible customer service - terrible experience - never order from this company!!! I ordered items on October 2nd - did not hear anything for at least two weeks although my card had been charged. I called - no response; i emailed and got a response that my items had been mailed out. i waited another week and a half - still nothing. I called again, still no one answers - I left a message and sent an email. No call back but did finally get an email response that my order had been cancelled as the product was no longer available. Why would i get an email that the product had been sent if it was not available? I did get a refunds but the service (or lack of) provided by this company is horrible - would never consider ordering from them again and will tell as many people as possible to stay away

GBBad unacceptable experience I waited 11 days for my order when I called them I had to leave a message they never called me back, then cancelled my order. They charged my card, the very day i placed the order now I have to make sure that I get my money back. I will never order from them again. They have bad or correction no customer service all. This is not a reputable company all....if I could give them a 0 I would..

GBTerrible Customer Service!! I can't help but think the other reviews were written by company employees! I placed my order on 8/11. The website states it only takes 48-72 hrs to process an order. I selected the 5-8 business day delivery. Today is the 23rd and I still haven't received my order yet- that's 10 business days!!! I have called the company on three different days this week to discuss, always to get their voicemail, and have left three messages, and NO ONE has returned any of my calls! I even tried to email them yesterday, and still no response!! I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! Please BEWARE- they may have great prices, but you will not be able to speak with anyone should you have an issue with your order!!

GBincredibly frustrating! I ordered some Omega 3 supplements on Jan 2nd. I specifically waivered the "signature service" as I have a safe place for packages on my porch and since I work, I'm not able to sign for deliveries. It would require me to go to the Post Office which is very inconvenient. I contacted the company on Jan 12th - over than expected 5-8 business day time frame indicated for delivery. I received a message with an acknowledged apology "for the delay" indicating the shipment would happen the next day. I received the package today, Jan 22nd, after taking time off work to get to the Post Office...since I was notified I had a "signature confirmation required" package. My order to the Easy Living Health Company was handled in a very unacceptable and inattentive way...it took 21 days to get to me and the one directive that I specified was totally ignored.

GBLet's talk about Easy Living Health's … Let's talk about Easy Living Health's customer service. It's horrible. They do not call back, but they might send you a note on your order, of which has a horrible response with little to no answer to your question. But the best part, after waiting 17 days for the order to leave the "processing" stage, they cancel it! Do yourself a favor, use anyone, ANYONE else.
