You verified my info and let me know it was being shipped express mail which is more than you had to do. Thanks for your help and quick correction. The difference in a happy customer is the person that gets the complaint handled. You do a great job for your company and make a big difference in how the customer feels about doing business with them again. I will continue be a customer with this kind of service.

GBThe Packaging Lies! The package says it works with Mac OSX 10.6 or newer. My Mac is OSX 10.11. The error message I get states that the product requires 10.13 or newer. I reached out with photos to customer service requesting refund or replacement. They asked for the information I had already provided. I sent it again. They asked for a screen shot of the message from my computer. I sent it. They replied that their product would not work with my computer. REALLY? The reps I corresponded with (Aica, Alkyl, and Chas) were extremely unhelpful and frustrating. The emails gave me the option of leaving a review for the support but that site doesn't work either. No big surprise there. This company does NOT stand behind their product.

AUI ordered and paid for my Photo Stik in…December 2023 I ordered and paid for my Photo Stik in December 2023 and it is now April 2024 and I have not received it. If you are not willing to provide my stick please return my money or provide my Stik.I have read reviews and realise I am not the only one who has not received the Stick.
