ESIt all sounded so easy in the ads... It all sounded so easy in the ads... Read the instructions, down loaded the ap onto my Samsung S21 android phone, plugged in the stick. this is when I thought technology would take over and all I had to do was press the Go button!...but sadly no, it started asking me questions about this file and that and something about a root base one...After implicitly following various videoed instructions and endless re-loads I slowly started to disappear up my own backside. Tomorrow I'm going to go down the garden to see if I can find where everything landed then take the remains along to the local computer whizz kid for confirmation...that my 256GB stick is a piece of junk. Thank you.
Very Disappointed
GBExtremely poor customer service I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I received. Ghine was unhelpful, inconsistent, and lacked the ability to provide a solution to my request. It seemed as if I was talking to an AI bot instead of an actual human. I would actively advise any future customers of this company to save your time, energy, and money.

DKA total waste… TPS is a disgrace. Do stay away! Buying ThePhotoStick is a total waste of money. And as if this wasn't enough, one's mail box is invaded by endless offers from TPS. So far I have not been able to unsubscribe from this aggressive "service" in spite of mail sent to TPS. An absolute disgrace...

AUI ordered and paid for my Photo Stik in…December 2023 I ordered and paid for my Photo Stik in December 2023 and it is now April 2024 and I have not received it. If you are not willing to provide my stick please return my money or provide my Stik.I have read reviews and realise I am not the only one who has not received the Stick. GBCustomer Caring After I notified your company about the missing package you ask for information about what happened. You verified my info and let me know it was being shipped express mail which is more than you had to do. Thanks for your help and quick correction. The difference in a happy customer is the person that gets the complaint handled. You do a great job for your company and make a big difference in how the customer feels about doing business with them again. I will continue be a customer with this kind of service.
