GBi recieved photostick 4 days ago… i recieved photostick 4 days ago followed instructions and after about 4hrs it stopped downloading photo,s. i checked photostick contents and could immediately see not all photo,s from laptop had been downloaded so i tried it again and it said it couldn,t find any photo,s then a box popped up saying there was corrupt files on photostick. i emailed company about problems and asked for refund they have not responded. Dont waste your money on this rubbish.
Very Disappointed
GBExtremely poor customer service I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I received. Ghine was unhelpful, inconsistent, and lacked the ability to provide a solution to my request. It seemed as if I was talking to an AI bot instead of an actual human. I would actively advise any future customers of this company to save your time, energy, and money.

She went above and beyond in helping me accomplish my task. The Xtra-PC Ultra is a great product. Good turnkey solution for older computers. It extends the usable life of them!

GBonly partly copied files and then stopped working I purchased two omni 4.0 photosticks as Christmas gifts. Neither of them worked. They copied some files and then just stopped working without finishing the job. I contacted customer support and it took them one hour while I waited for them to come up with a solution which they never did. They sent me one replacement which also did not work then told me I could not return the ones I originally bought as 30 days had passed. I am out $179 for two worthless items.

GBCustomer Caring After I notified your company about the missing package you ask for information about what happened. You verified my info and let me know it was being shipped express mail which is more than you had to do. Thanks for your help and quick correction. The difference in a happy customer is the person that gets the complaint handled. You do a great job for your company and make a big difference in how the customer feels about doing business with them again. I will continue be a customer with this kind of service.
