AEIf i could give minus 10 i would. If i could give minus 10 i would. Do mot trust this company. I ordered in the christmas holidays, it still hasnt arrived. They keep sending me automated emails, tracking emails that are fake - and now thwy are saying they cant track once it leaves the us. Total crap service. Fake cheery customer service that are lying. And they refuse to reimburse because apparently they shipped - yes I stupidly bought two. And they have not stopped spamming me other nonsense devices. Rubbish. The whole experience is poor. Edited- this reply is the same email they keep sending me. Then they say its been shipped and can’t be traced and cant give a refund because they shipped it. Such a scam.

USExpensive Thumb Drive with worthless app The truth is that the PhotoStick is nothing more than an overpriced thumb drive with an app. There is apparently one for Windows PC's and another for Apple products. Biggest difference is that the format on the thumb drive in not compatible between the two. When it works, the app does not find photos in the cloud (iCloud, Google Drive, DropBox, etc). Seems to do a fair job finding photos and videos on the hard drive. The organization they boast about is not automatic and there is little, if any, documentation on it. If you call Customer Service they reluctantly agree to send a replacement as the standard "fix" for all problems. They did send me instructions on requesting a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" however they do not ever respond to the request. Buyer Beware!

AUIssues for Mac based systems The Photostick cannot put the photos/videos on the stick in date order with a Mac based system at this time. So your photos/videos will be in completely random order. The first customer support person I asked about this issue sent me a solution for a Windows based system. Ignoring the fact that I had said about needing a Mac based solution. The second support person was far more upfront and honest about this issue. So, yes, it backs up your photos and videos but that's it for Mac based systems. I would not recommend for a Mac based system at this stage.

You verified my info and let me know it was being shipped express mail which is more than you had to do. Thanks for your help and quick correction. The difference in a happy customer is the person that gets the complaint handled. You do a great job for your company and make a big difference in how the customer feels about doing business with them again. I will continue be a customer with this kind of service.
