Ordered, never received Ordered. Never received. Tracking said DHL sent it back. Never received any form of communication from DHL re delivery. Contacted supplier asking for reimbursement. Automated responses to my emails. No product received, no reimbursement either. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Extremely poor customer service I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I received. Ghine was unhelpful, inconsistent, and lacked the ability to provide a solution to my request. It seemed as if I was talking to an AI bot instead of an actual human. I would actively advise any future customers of this company to save your time, energy, and money.

A total waste… TPS is a disgrace. Do stay away! Buying ThePhotoStick is a total waste of money. And as if this wasn't enough, one's mail box is invaded by endless offers from TPS. So far I have not been able to unsubscribe from this aggressive "service" in spite of mail sent to TPS. An absolute disgrace...

My photostick keeps stalling My photostick keeps stalling before it's started processing anything. Actually it did process a few once but since then it finds all the duplicates and all the ones already saved but doesn't get as far as processing the ones found and there is no way to kickstart it back into action other than cancelling and restarting. Why does it stall? It's nowhere near full.

The Packaging Lies! The package says it works with Mac OSX 10.6 or newer. My Mac is OSX 10.11. The error message I get states that the product requires 10.13 or newer. I reached out with photos to customer service requesting refund or replacement. They asked for the information I had already provided. I sent it again. They asked for a screen shot of the message from my computer. I sent it. They replied that their product would not work with my computer. REALLY? The reps I corresponded with (Aica, Alkyl, and Chas) were extremely unhelpful and frustrating. The emails gave me the option of leaving a review for the support but that site doesn't work either. No big surprise there. This company does NOT stand behind their product.
