GBThe Packaging Lies! The package says it works with Mac OSX 10.6 or newer. My Mac is OSX 10.11. The error message I get states that the product requires 10.13 or newer. I reached out with photos to customer service requesting refund or replacement. They asked for the information I had already provided. I sent it again. They asked for a screen shot of the message from my computer. I sent it. They replied that their product would not work with my computer. REALLY? The reps I corresponded with (Aica, Alkyl, and Chas) were extremely unhelpful and frustrating. The emails gave me the option of leaving a review for the support but that site doesn't work either. No big surprise there. This company does NOT stand behind their product.

ESIt all sounded so easy in the ads... It all sounded so easy in the ads... Read the instructions, down loaded the ap onto my Samsung S21 android phone, plugged in the stick. this is when I thought technology would take over and all I had to do was press the Go button!...but sadly no, it started asking me questions about this file and that and something about a root base one...After implicitly following various videoed instructions and endless re-loads I slowly started to disappear up my own backside. Tomorrow I'm going to go down the garden to see if I can find where everything landed then take the remains along to the local computer whizz kid for confirmation...that my 256GB stick is a piece of junk. Thank you.

GBReliable company This is a very reliable company to work with. I had a situation with my address and they not only corrected it they sent me a new one immediately… I would use them again without hesitation.

AUIssues for Mac based systems The Photostick cannot put the photos/videos on the stick in date order with a Mac based system at this time. So your photos/videos will be in completely random order. The first customer support person I asked about this issue sent me a solution for a Windows based system. Ignoring the fact that I had said about needing a Mac based solution. The second support person was far more upfront and honest about this issue. So, yes, it backs up your photos and videos but that's it for Mac based systems. I would not recommend for a Mac based system at this stage.

GBMy photostick keeps stalling My photostick keeps stalling before it's started processing anything. Actually it did process a few once but since then it finds all the duplicates and all the ones already saved but doesn't get as far as processing the ones found and there is no way to kickstart it back into action other than cancelling and restarting. Why does it stall? It's nowhere near full.
