Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. My Gate Lock stopped working. I reached out several times for assistance to no avail.

The battery life is not stellar The battery life is not stellar. I have the motion sensitivity turned off and the battery still only last for about two days. Also sometimes I need to press the lock button twice in order for the door to lock. Therefore I now need to press the lock button and wait to make sure the gate is actually locked which is pretty annoying.

functionality of product First of when buying this no one tell you about the subscription that comes along with it. And for some reason the product keeps getting jammed even though it moves very freely by hand. It seems as if it does not have enough power to actually move the lock, therefore leaving anyone with out a key outside . I’m strongly considering returning it for my money back. One day with it and I’m having so many issues do to this product

Unreliable Unreliable! Every few weeks has a new problem. It either stops working which causes everybody to be stuck outside until somebody with a physical key can come to open the door and reset the whole thing or a newly discovered issue which shows the battery to have 75% battery one minute, and next minute the whole thing sutra off because the battery is totally drained. The support is useless. All the do is try to tell you to reset the device which is ridiculas since anybody who gets this lock is getting it to use it remotely to allow people in or out or allow users to use their unique access code to get in to the house but when you have to be there physically to unlock the door with your key and reset the lock, you can never trust this lock to work properly when you are away!

Amazing concept Amazing concept! I love that I can view who's outside my door before physically looking through the peephole. The chime notification is perfect, not annoying, just a little reminder to check out your door. Really great app that gives clear, step-by-step instructions for installing, and all the tools you need are included, like screwdriver and power cord (except for a charging cube).
