GBExtremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. My Gate Lock stopped working. I reached out several times for assistance to no avail.

GBGate lock is OK could be better Video quality is ok. No infrared night vision. Can not access the lock /unlock feature or the video feature unless there is motion is detected, this is annoying. Build quality is good, easy to install. Battery life could be better. Overall it does what is says.

GBI have had no luck getting my system to… I have had no luck getting my system to operate properly. I replaced my working keypad which unlocked with the code. I have had to use my key or keep my door unlocked for kid's to gain access to my home. So far I'm pretty disappointed and was super excited before receiving. Apparently my wifi signal is not the greatest so I'm not able to see any video's at all. Was hoping for something different I guess. Lesson learned.

GBThe battery life is not stellar The battery life is not stellar. I have the motion sensitivity turned off and the battery still only last for about two days. Also sometimes I need to press the lock button twice in order for the door to lock. Therefore I now need to press the lock button and wait to make sure the gate is actually locked which is pretty annoying.

GBthis is the second Gate with first one… this is the second Gate with first one never have a problem the second one is nightmare 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ never worked and costumer service is the worst . I tried to change to a new one for 3 weeks without any resolution from then . finally someone told that they will send me a replacement and I am waiting for week and nothing happens.
