GBI feel safe and secure with Gate I feel safe and secure with Gate. The main advantage is while I’m away, because of the video recordings, I know that nobody entered my house, unless I authorized them to do so with their pin code. I can also easily track and see when my house keeper comes to the house and leave through the embedded camera. I am happy that I landed on Gate, instead of getting a seperate camera doorbell and a seperate keypad lock. The Gate lock has it all and it is much cheaper than buying a seperate Ring doorbell, a seprate Schlage keypad lock and even a wifi hub to connect my lock to wifi! The fact that the battery is rechargeable also makes Gate much more affordable than other locks than consume AA batteries frequently.

GBExtremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. My Gate Lock stopped working. I reached out several times for assistance to no avail.

GBBiggest issue is support Biggest issue is support. Setting Wi-Fi, in my case has been a recurring issue. When support is needed it is horrific to actually get a response - right now it’s been days my GATE has been not functional and I’ve sent multiple requests for support - they don’t seem to have a support phone number.

GBI have had no luck getting my system to… I have had no luck getting my system to operate properly. I replaced my working keypad which unlocked with the code. I have had to use my key or keep my door unlocked for kid's to gain access to my home. So far I'm pretty disappointed and was super excited before receiving. Apparently my wifi signal is not the greatest so I'm not able to see any video's at all. Was hoping for something different I guess. Lesson learned.

GBSome Problems Resolved, Others Still Linger There have been a few problems with connectivity and using some features of the Gate lock. The last couple of software updates appear to have fixed the connectivity issues, though I still have a rather long lag time between unlocking the door with the app and the lock responding. The motion sensing of the device also works only intermittently. Because of lingering issues, I think a 3-star rating ("average") is appropriate.
