Not a competitive door lock. Get something else. The battery life is terrible. You cannot lock and unlock the door whenever you want. The video services were originally advertised for free now cost money. Voice services are buggy at best. For the price of this there are way better options.

this is the second Gate with first one… this is the second Gate with first one never have a problem the second one is nightmare 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ never worked and costumer service is the worst . I tried to change to a new one for 3 weeks without any resolution from then . finally someone told that they will send me a replacement and I am waiting for week and nothing happens.

Efficient and easy to use Simple to install, quick to set up, convenient to use. I love that I don't need to carry any keys around anymore and the camera is really helpful in tracking who's entering/leaving and people who are coming by the house (like delivery personnel). The functions and buttons are very straightforward and not confusing, so even my parents who aren't as tech-savvy learned how to use it fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this to people who want an efficient smart lock without breaking the bank.

I HAVE OWNED TWO OF THESE LOCKS BOUGHT… I HAVE OWNED TWO OF THESE LOCKS BOUGHT AT THE SAME TIME, THEY HAVE NEVER WORKED. NOW IM TOLD THEY ARE OUT OF WARRANTY. YOU CAN EXPECT THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIME AND NOW IM DISCONNECTED FROM THE HOST SITE. THEY SENT ME A RETURN LABEL ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS STILL NO REFUND! CLASS ACTION SUIT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CHOOSE ANOTHER BRAND.
