this is the second Gate with first one… this is the second Gate with first one never have a problem the second one is nightmare 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ never worked and costumer service is the worst . I tried to change to a new one for 3 weeks without any resolution from then . finally someone told that they will send me a replacement and I am waiting for week and nothing happens.

Biggest issue is support Biggest issue is support. Setting Wi-Fi, in my case has been a recurring issue. When support is needed it is horrific to actually get a response - right now it’s been days my GATE has been not functional and I’ve sent multiple requests for support - they don’t seem to have a support phone number.

Excellent company with excellent… Excellent company with excellent product and excellent problems solving and customer services skills. I am very happy with their Gate Smart Lock. Very satisfied their customers service skills even though there reply to customer service is delayed and slow. No direct phone for customer service only slow communication via emails. The battery life is not stellar The battery life is not stellar. I have the motion sensitivity turned off and the battery still only last for about two days. Also sometimes I need to press the lock button twice in order for the door to lock. Therefore I now need to press the lock button and wait to make sure the gate is actually locked which is pretty annoying.

Efficient and easy to use Simple to install, quick to set up, convenient to use. I love that I don't need to carry any keys around anymore and the camera is really helpful in tracking who's entering/leaving and people who are coming by the house (like delivery personnel). The functions and buttons are very straightforward and not confusing, so even my parents who aren't as tech-savvy learned how to use it fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this to people who want an efficient smart lock without breaking the bank.
