Terrible company! I ordered a Diamond Back elliptical on December 2, 2013 and was promised Delivery by December 20th. My credit card was charged immediately for over $2200. It is now almost February and I have not received it yet. I can't get any response from anyone at the company either by phone or email. I am now dealing with my credit card company to investigate the company and get me a refund. They are quick to take your money and sell you extra warranties and rubber mats, but that is the last time you will hear from them.

Ordered my machine on July 20,2017-Told … Ordered my machine on July 20,2017-Told 30 days before I get it.besides getting a constant barrage of misinformation, the machine finally was shipped on Sept. 12-date given to me by trucker-I canceled machine as I paid much more than I could find elsewhere-I was also very afraid of lifetime warranty that I purchased at twice the market rate and based on the horrible customer service just with the order dept. and the owner, I was afraid of future problems. After canceling the order in September, before I received it, I was threatened with lawsuits by the seller. I have never had such a horrible buying experience. I would never recommend this seller. Stay away.

NO LIFETIME GUARANTEE - NO 45 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE There liftetime warranty does not exist. It has been 4 months since I put in my request to get my treadmill fixed and nothing. The manufacture says that they are waiting on this company to fix the problem. They do not have a 45 money back guarantee, they have an "exchange only program." Consumer beware.

Scam artist Scam artist. Purchased two machines. They arrived after some awful customer service. Now I need them serviced using the service package I purchased. Nothing. Crickets. This coward, Jim Rosen, has moved from one office to another, apparently. He responded to my initial email but then refuses to respond any longer after 3 weeks and as many emails. Looks like I'm not the only one.

Worst company ever Bought 8 elipticals 6 arrived in poor condition 2 of the 6 did not work at all. They refuse to fix anything. I received authorization to send 2 back. 18 months later they still refuse to send me my refund. 20 months later they still refuse to fix anything. They sent out a repair tech to inspect the equipment. Their tech stated that several of the elipticals needed to be replace since they were in such poor condition. They were bought as refurbished.
