Scam artist Scam artist. Purchased two machines. They arrived after some awful customer service. Now I need them serviced using the service package I purchased. Nothing. Crickets. This coward, Jim Rosen, has moved from one office to another, apparently. He responded to my initial email but then refuses to respond any longer after 3 weeks and as many emails. Looks like I'm not the only one.

Wish I had known better... I am a trainer and Jim owner. When we ventured out on her own, money was tight and I was looking for a good deal. But I would've paid twice what I did to not be dealing with this company now. We have had a treadmill down nearly a year, the "lifetime warranty" om which fitness blowout refuses to honor. Nearly every week we call customer service (the phone is rarely picked up), and try to begin the process of re-initiating a warranty claim. It's a runaround every time. The regional fitness repair man, who is contracted by fitness blowout, now refuses to do business with them as well because HE has difficulty getting paid. I BEG you not to do business with this company!

NO LIFETIME GUARANTEE - NO 45 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE There liftetime warranty does not exist. It has been 4 months since I put in my request to get my treadmill fixed and nothing. The manufacture says that they are waiting on this company to fix the problem. They do not have a 45 money back guarantee, they have an "exchange only program." Consumer beware.

Scam, horrible!!!! I ordered a $3000 equipment last Dec.5, 2013 but after they charged my credit card , you are on your own to figure out where was your order ...No 1 wants to talk to me when I follow up after 8 weeks of patiently waiting that was supposedly 2 weeks delivery then 3 weeks , a month , the receptionist was rude to customer that has paid already she said she only connects call for new ordering people. It's good my credit card got my money back because they want me to pay for 20% restocking and shipping fee for an imaginary equipment which they don't have in stock to ship to me. Thanks to my credit card staff , I don't have to deal with scammers.

Ditto all the one star reviews... Folks, I call this the "non-customer service company". As well confirmed by the overwhelming number of one star (mostly because zero stars not an option) these guys are liars and thieves. Fortunately for me, I received the treadmill I ordered however the trouble began when I tried to get some customer service on the "lifetime warranty" I purchased. I've been working on this for six months and I'm finished with these people (which I'm sure they count on). Now I'm taking my campaign to the BBB, social media, and the CA Attorney General.
