Terrible company! I ordered a Diamond Back elliptical on December 2, 2013 and was promised Delivery by December 20th. My credit card was charged immediately for over $2200. It is now almost February and I have not received it yet. I can't get any response from anyone at the company either by phone or email. I am now dealing with my credit card company to investigate the company and get me a refund. They are quick to take your money and sell you extra warranties and rubber mats, but that is the last time you will hear from them.

SO FAR SO BAD on Invoice #127132 What part about I'll call you back do they not understand. Although I'm not past my delivery due date of 23 Sep 2013 I've emailed twice and called several times with the same results...nothing. My sales rep Andrew didn't bother to call me back yesterday after he promised he would and all attempts to get status on my already paid for product with expedite shipping falls on deaf ears. I believe I've wasted my time and money on this business; already started seeking legal help. But they are so nice till they have your money...

Unacceptable I purchased a Free Motion treadmill that was delivered late, without a power cord and has never worked. I am appalled by the customer service of both Free Motion and Fitness Blowout. After sending someone out who acknowledged that it was broken, they agreed to replace but I was to remove the old one "new" one at my own expense. I still have not gotten a working treadmill and at this point do not want it. I expect a FULL refund. I refuse to pay a 20% restocking for a "broken" piece of S**t!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FITNESS BLOWOUT Zero customer service response. No way to contact a live person who can help you, and they honestly don't care about follow-up. Even though I PAID IN FULL they still reported me to a collection agency and will not stop the collection agency from calling me. Avoid these guys like the plague.

NO LIFETIME GUARANTEE - NO 45 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE There liftetime warranty does not exist. It has been 4 months since I put in my request to get my treadmill fixed and nothing. The manufacture says that they are waiting on this company to fix the problem. They do not have a 45 money back guarantee, they have an "exchange only program." Consumer beware.
