Scam Artists This company has false advertising on their website. They use hard pressure sales and bait & switch tactics. They lied to me regarding their pricing, return and cancellation policy. They label their used equipment with different names and numbers and claim they are recommended by Consumer Reports (when they are not). They shipped a product to me after I cancelled the order in hopes that they could extort the return shipping and restocking fee out of me. In short, this company should be shut down and if you deal with them Buyer Beware.

NO LIFETIME GUARANTEE - NO 45 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE There liftetime warranty does not exist. It has been 4 months since I put in my request to get my treadmill fixed and nothing. The manufacture says that they are waiting on this company to fix the problem. They do not have a 45 money back guarantee, they have an "exchange only program." Consumer beware.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FITNESS BLOWOUT Zero customer service response. No way to contact a live person who can help you, and they honestly don't care about follow-up. Even though I PAID IN FULL they still reported me to a collection agency and will not stop the collection agency from calling me. Avoid these guys like the plague.

Scam Wish I would of read this before I spent $4,300.00 with this company! Absolute nightmare and actually asked the customer service rep if this was a real company and she couldn't answer. Her Manager was due to arrive at 11am which I've been told several times before and have never received a single call back. Have sent pictures twice of the defective product but was asked to resend. It's a total scam and I hope whoever reads this will not order from these people. Will be sending this to my attorney ...
