GBScam Wish I would of read this before I spent $4,300.00 with this company! Absolute nightmare and actually asked the customer service rep if this was a real company and she couldn't answer. Her Manager was due to arrive at 11am which I've been told several times before and have never received a single call back. Have sent pictures twice of the defective product but was asked to resend. It's a total scam and I hope whoever reads this will not order from these people. Will be sending this to my attorney ...

GBWish I had known better... I am a trainer and Jim owner. When we ventured out on her own, money was tight and I was looking for a good deal. But I would've paid twice what I did to not be dealing with this company now. We have had a treadmill down nearly a year, the "lifetime warranty" om which fitness blowout refuses to honor. Nearly every week we call customer service (the phone is rarely picked up), and try to begin the process of re-initiating a warranty claim. It's a runaround every time. The regional fitness repair man, who is contracted by fitness blowout, now refuses to do business with them as well because HE has difficulty getting paid. I BEG you not to do business with this company!

GBTerrible I am beginning to wonder if they are a company really in business or not. I ordered a rower and a treadmill in December. Today (Feb 10) I finally received both items but I paid for set up and white glove service and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or e-mail me back. I so regret buying from them. Please just use some local fitness equipment dealer!

GBScam, horrible!!!! I ordered a $3000 equipment last Dec.5, 2013 but after they charged my credit card , you are on your own to figure out where was your order ...No 1 wants to talk to me when I follow up after 8 weeks of patiently waiting that was supposedly 2 weeks delivery then 3 weeks , a month , the receptionist was rude to customer that has paid already she said she only connects call for new ordering people. It's good my credit card got my money back because they want me to pay for 20% restocking and shipping fee for an imaginary equipment which they don't have in stock to ship to me. Thanks to my credit card staff , I don't have to deal with scammers.

GBSTAY AWAY I also bought a Proform tour De France Bike for my husband for christams. I purchased it over the phone with Alex, one of the managers, who made all these promises of customer satisfaction and all my money back, including All shipping costs and restocking fees. I had multiple conversations with him about it and now that I want to return it they are not answering my emails, phone calls and claiming I owe them the original shipping costs. They tell you what you want to hear and then lie about it. Not I company anyone should deal with. Stay away.
