I contacted the local police dept who stated the address listed for the business is actually a dentist office who has no idea who fitnessblow.com is nor are they part of the business. The address listed is fake. More than likely Jim runs this out of his house. The police made contact with Jim at his home. An arrest warrant should be issued shortly from what I was told by Sgt Guierrez. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS! !!! The California Dept Of Justice is in the process of filing the paperwork to have the business closed/shutdown. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible I am beginning to wonder if they are a company really in business or not. I ordered a rower and a treadmill in December. Today (Feb 10) I finally received both items but I paid for set up and white glove service and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or e-mail me back. I so regret buying from them. Please just use some local fitness equipment dealer!

STAY AWAY I also bought a Proform tour De France Bike for my husband for christams. I purchased it over the phone with Alex, one of the managers, who made all these promises of customer satisfaction and all my money back, including All shipping costs and restocking fees. I had multiple conversations with him about it and now that I want to return it they are not answering my emails, phone calls and claiming I owe them the original shipping costs. They tell you what you want to hear and then lie about it. Not I company anyone should deal with. Stay away.

Terrible company! I ordered a Diamond Back elliptical on December 2, 2013 and was promised Delivery by December 20th. My credit card was charged immediately for over $2200. It is now almost February and I have not received it yet. I can't get any response from anyone at the company either by phone or email. I am now dealing with my credit card company to investigate the company and get me a refund. They are quick to take your money and sell you extra warranties and rubber mats, but that is the last time you will hear from them.

Ordered my machine on July 20,2017-Told … Ordered my machine on July 20,2017-Told 30 days before I get it.besides getting a constant barrage of misinformation, the machine finally was shipped on Sept. 12-date given to me by trucker-I canceled machine as I paid much more than I could find elsewhere-I was also very afraid of lifetime warranty that I purchased at twice the market rate and based on the horrible customer service just with the order dept. and the owner, I was afraid of future problems. After canceling the order in September, before I received it, I was threatened with lawsuits by the seller. I have never had such a horrible buying experience. I would never recommend this seller. Stay away.
