No promised refund Sent me two out of four products and owed me 11.99. Spent 2 weeks chasing thr apologised and promised a refund in 3 to 5 working days. Two weeks later no refund now ignoring my emails. PayPal dispute had to be opened to get my money back this place was so good once now they can't supply stuff they advising and keep your money

Damaged goods, but ignored! Twice orderered a 4kg tub of protein powder, both arrived split and powder everywhere in packaging. Sent photos immediately and emailed several times, no response whatsoever. Just like everyone else who tries to contact them. It's disgusting how they supply damaged products not fit for purpose but they don't feel they have to rectify it? Perhaps a civil claims application will do it. Avoid, and please use a professional company instead.

I ordered from them for the first time… I ordered from them for the first time and I won't order again, I've been waiting for over a week and I don't have any information about my parcel. There are indeed promotions, but we don't know what's going on with the order, I don't even know how to cancel it and ask for a refund because there is no contact with them 😏
