GBNon existent customer service and if you get stuck with the wrong item what would u do? Others have said the same thing I agree with the reviews of others. The customer service is non existent. Other sites of live chats, emails or built in messaging services whereas bodybuilding warehouse has nothing. Just an email where they do not even reply. I am not a long term gym goer who may have knowledge of the whey protein and which one suitable for vegetarians or for my diet. I have to ask this before buying the whey protein just to be sure however i am still waiting for their response and its been around a week. The offer of one of the things I wanted has gone too now whilst waiting for a reply. Imagine they sent you wrong item and you have no customer service then you are stuck

GBTerrible company Terrible company with non existent customer service. Paid for next day delivery and receive a damaged , unusable product over two weeks later. No answer to emails, messages or texts. Avoid !!

GBI ordered from them for the first time… I ordered from them for the first time and I won't order again, I've been waiting for over a week and I don't have any information about my parcel. There are indeed promotions, but we don't know what's going on with the order, I don't even know how to cancel it and ask for a refund because there is no contact with them 😏

GBNon existent customer services Order did not arrive. Even thought I paid the extra insurance for speedy turnaround if not delivered, nothing back from BBW customer services after constant emails. Clearly happy to take the money but bit bother with any customer service at all. Steer clear

GBItem not delivered, no response from customer service. Order not delivered after 10 days (turns out they use Evri for delivery). No response to email, poor customer experience and service. They offer 30% discount for email subscription but only give you 10% once you've registered. Will not be ordering from them again.
