GBNo promised refund Sent me two out of four products and owed me 11.99. Spent 2 weeks chasing thr apologised and promised a refund in 3 to 5 working days. Two weeks later no refund now ignoring my emails. PayPal dispute had to be opened to get my money back this place was so good once now they can't supply stuff they advising and keep your money

GBCustomer service beyond shocking Placed my first order with BBW and cane damaged, powder everywhere! Have called over 40 times (no exaggeration) with not one answer… I’ve also emailed several times again no response! My first and LAST ever order with these. Customer service is beyond shocking! I should have listened to the reviews first 🤷♂️

GBTerrible company Terrible company with non existent customer service. Paid for next day delivery and receive a damaged , unusable product over two weeks later. No answer to emails, messages or texts. Avoid !!

GBNot the same... But still decent Not sure whats happened since i last used the company? Used to be my go to brand for supplements but been out of training for 2 years due to some issues, but back in the gym now and naturally went to order my usual performance whey protein from BBW yet cant seem to find anything I used to buy on the the website... Apart from that the service is quick and customer service is always good! I'll still use them but just have to find a alternative protein powder.

GBA constant let down First order, not delivered as Evri raised a return to the company for reasons unknown. I was not at any time made aware of this until I emailed and only then was the refund issued. So benefit of the doubt, re-ordered. Evri tracking system had it as sat in a depot for over a week, numerous emails to company that went unanswered. Evri was as helpful as they could be but in the end said it “was lost in the system”. More emails to Bodybuilding Warehouse, again….nothing. They did refund the money, no explanation, no apology. Communication is key to everything. I will not use any company that uses Evri after this, and I most certainly would not recommend this company purely on the grounds of customer interaction and support.
