A constant let down First order, not delivered as Evri raised a return to the company for reasons unknown. I was not at any time made aware of this until I emailed and only then was the refund issued. So benefit of the doubt, re-ordered. Evri tracking system had it as sat in a depot for over a week, numerous emails to company that went unanswered. Evri was as helpful as they could be but in the end said it “was lost in the system”. More emails to Bodybuilding Warehouse, again….nothing. They did refund the money, no explanation, no apology. Communication is key to everything. I will not use any company that uses Evri after this, and I most certainly would not recommend this company purely on the grounds of customer interaction and support.

Damaged goods, but ignored! Twice orderered a 4kg tub of protein powder, both arrived split and powder everywhere in packaging. Sent photos immediately and emailed several times, no response whatsoever. Just like everyone else who tries to contact them. It's disgusting how they supply damaged products not fit for purpose but they don't feel they have to rectify it? Perhaps a civil claims application will do it. Avoid, and please use a professional company instead.

Item not delivered, no response from customer service. Order not delivered after 10 days (turns out they use Evri for delivery). No response to email, poor customer experience and service. They offer 30% discount for email subscription but only give you 10% once you've registered. Will not be ordering from them again.

Non existent customer service and if you get stuck with the wrong item what would u do? Others have said the same thing I agree with the reviews of others. The customer service is non existent. Other sites of live chats, emails or built in messaging services whereas bodybuilding warehouse has nothing. Just an email where they do not even reply. I am not a long term gym goer who may have knowledge of the whey protein and which one suitable for vegetarians or for my diet. I have to ask this before buying the whey protein just to be sure however i am still waiting for their response and its been around a week. The offer of one of the things I wanted has gone too now whilst waiting for a reply. Imagine they sent you wrong item and you have no customer service then you are stuck

Amazing! Awesome 👍 Absolutely love this brand! I eat protein bars every single day. I tried all flavors, but lemon is my favorite. Hydrating my body is also important for me. Totally recommend to everyone!!!
