Non existent customer service and if you get stuck with the wrong item what would u do? Others have said the same thing I agree with the reviews of others. The customer service is non existent. Other sites of live chats, emails or built in messaging services whereas bodybuilding warehouse has nothing. Just an email where they do not even reply. I am not a long term gym goer who may have knowledge of the whey protein and which one suitable for vegetarians or for my diet. I have to ask this before buying the whey protein just to be sure however i am still waiting for their response and its been around a week. The offer of one of the things I wanted has gone too now whilst waiting for a reply. Imagine they sent you wrong item and you have no customer service then you are stuck

Customer service beyond shocking Placed my first order with BBW and cane damaged, powder everywhere! Have called over 40 times (no exaggeration) with not one answer… I’ve also emailed several times again no response! My first and LAST ever order with these. Customer service is beyond shocking! I should have listened to the reviews first 🤷‍♂️

Paid for next day delivery a week ago and still have yet received item!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought from here 1 week ago and paid for next day delivery … i have still not received it. I’ve sent numerous emails and tried calling and no response…. Bandits! Thieves for taking money and not supplying. No customer service whatsoever! Avoid at all costs!!!

avoid you are going to get bombarded with spam emails multiple times per day anytime you buy from this company - regardless of whether or not you have subscribed - reported to the ICO.

No promised refund Sent me two out of four products and owed me 11.99. Spent 2 weeks chasing thr apologised and promised a refund in 3 to 5 working days. Two weeks later no refund now ignoring my emails. PayPal dispute had to be opened to get my money back this place was so good once now they can't supply stuff they advising and keep your money
